   We celebrated my sister’s birthday at Bon Ton Prime Rib with a small group of four, and the entire experience was absolutely incredible! From start to finish, the service, food, and atmosphere exceeded all expectations. Our server, Brooke, was OUTSTANDING. Despite juggling multiple tables, she was incredibly observant and made us feel like we were her top priority all night. Her timing, attention to detail, and warm personality truly enhanced our celebration. We kicked off the evening with all three Cajun starters, each one was a hit! The bacon was cooked to perfection, the oysters were packed with flavor, and the BBQ shrimp (our favorite) came with a sauce so perfectly spiced we were wiping the bowl clean with the bread. For entrees, we ordered the Cajun steak and crab cakes, and let me tell you, that crab cake might be one of the best any of us have ever had. We were genuinely upset we didn’t order a second plate to share! For sides, the cheesy mashed potatoes, broccoli, and crawfish mac and cheese were all outstanding rich, flavorful, and comforting. A special shout-out to the amazing bartender (whose name I wish we had gotten). She crafted each cocktail with care and even made sure we were taken care of at our table. You could truly taste the love in every drink. Even on a busy night, the service never faltered. Everything came out at the perfect time, and nothing was overlooked. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate. Thank you to everyone at Bon Ton Prime Rib for making my sister’s birthday so special — we’ll definitely be back!

   Great Atmosphere. We moved to NOLA a month ago and have eaten here 4 times and every time Food was amazing and Staff was Amazing. It’s a Must visit place.

   The food was good and all items arrived correctly and the entire meal was excellent. But what really set the experience apart was the service. the entire meal was managed and staged with skill and the service was perfect. Something all too rare in this day and age. If you want to have an old-school dining experience with a great wait staff and great food, go here. The only caveat is that it was challenging to have across the table conversations as it was quite energetic. But I intend to go on every future trip to NOLA.

   I enjoyed my birthday dinner here, It was a Sunday evening quite quiet and I loved it. It seemed to be away from the hustle and bustle of bourbon street. The service was immaculate, definitely coming back

   The food, service, and overall ezperience at Bon Ton Prime Rib were outstanding. Our server went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. While the prime rib is the star the menu includes a number of creative options. Be sure to try the puffed corn casserole, you'll be glad you did. We highly recommend Bon Ton and will eat there again when we're in New Orleans.

    We had a wonderful time at Bon Ton. We pre-ordered the Prime Rib and it was AMAZING! Our server was fabulous, helped us put together a great set of accompanying dishes including the Caesar Salad with bacon, that was to die for! We love what you all have done with the reopening and always enjoying coming back for the great food and superior service.
