Let me just begin by saying the food was very very good. It’s worth every penny. When arriving for my 8 PM reservation it took about 25 minutes for us to get seated. The restaurant was a little warm. I was told someone was working on the AC. The valet guy outside was great even though he was bombarded with a lot of cars. Brooke, our server was great.

Everything was great .. Our server, Brooke was fantastic… ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 1st time here with the family , will definitely b back again. Brooke was super attentive, knowledgeable about the menu , friendly, chill , attentive, highly recommend her … Food was great , we had the prime rib which was perfectly cooked, she offered to cut it for us. We also got the Cajun steak, bon ton oysters, bbq shrimp, crab cake, the mac and cheese was okay, but the corn cafferole was so good, along with the romaine Cesar and the seafood bisque is the best. Brooke was witty, attentive, friendly and helpful with some of the questions we had.

Remake of the Old Bon Ton Cafe. Father's Day eve celebration. The service was very good with Antonio and other staff. However, the AC was not working well at all, and here we are in June in New Orleans. We were sweating and uncomfortable much of the time. Manager apologized, but did nothing to compensate, such as comping our drinks. It was bad enough that we had to leave sooner due to the heat. Steaks were good, but the vaunted prime rib was bland and unexceptional. Sides of brussel sprouts and crawfish mac and cheese were not very good. Overall, a rather disappointing evening.

Food was exceptional and portion sizes were very generous. Service was prompt and very New Orleans friendly. Our server, Bradley, couldn’t have been more attentive and Audrey, the MOD was approachable and answered all of our questions. The colossal crab cocktail, crab cakes, crawfish Mac and cheese and the filet were delicious. The Lemon Meringue pie was huge and to die for. Great place to celebrate a birthday. We will be back.

Staff was great, food and service was amazing. Cajun steak and butter cake was the star of the show.

Apps were good. Steaks were so so compared to all the other steak houses in NOLA. Sides were not that impressive. Crawfish Mac and cheese could have been better, not the cheesy Mac and cheese that I expect. Price/value was better than other places

Phenomenal dining experience to celebrate wife’s birthday! The medium rare Bon Ton Cut for 2 was AMAZING, so tender and juicy you can simply cut with fork. Kudos to chef Jarrod! He even came out to greet us and wished happy birthday to wife. Prime rib was the best ever! Hats off to Antonio; he provided impeccable service. The lemon meringue dessert ended our perfect evening. Highly recommend Bon Ton for exceptional dining and service.

My wife and I split a large bone-in prime rib, also enjoyed an appetizer in a bottle of wine. Service was phenomenal and the food was superb. You will pay for the great meal but it's worth it.
