   Its a good and quite place to have a business meal in the afternoon , the place is clean and welcoming , food was really good and fresh , a bit costly though but considering its in central london, i guess that is justified.

   Really Expensive, food was either overcooked or undercooked. Didn't seem like fresh food. For starters only bill came to over £100. Not reccomend

   The decor and food are fabulous. The service needs to be better and swifter. We were only one of a few tables eating in there and we still had to wait a long time between starters and mains. Anyway the salt and pepper okra is to die for and the keema was lovely, not oily and a nice kick.

   This is an odd place. It is in a the basement. It's spacouos, comfortable seating, but an odd atmosphere. There's a bar and a restaurant, but all very quiet The food quaility was high, but the pricing was odd. The main course lookeed good value at £12, but the papad were £4 each!! So, the whole bill with one beer was over £40 Be very careful what you order and you'll be fine

   My friends and I decided to visit Bollywood Stories for dinner before going off to the theatre, after having passed it a few times. We told the wait staff that we were on a tight schedule because we have theatre tickets booked. The menu looked impressive so ordered our drinks and food and waited. And waited. And waited. We were told that a couple of the dishes that we had ordered were not available as their kitchen equipment wasn’t working. We had ordered cocktails and waited ages for them. Then wished they hadn’t arrived. Absolutely terrible drinks. EVENTUALLY the food arrived. It was tasty initially but all of the dishes were incredibly spicy - and this is coming from in indian woman! The service was very slow and the staff were inattentive. The poor girl who served us was obviously new and required more raining. Even though the place has huge potential, our experience was not a happy one. Perhaps in a few months we may go back, once they have got their act together.
