   Bold is a regular stop for us each year. The Mediterranean menu is varied and yummy. Nice selection of wines and cocktails.

   We have been coming here every time we come to Breck (3-4 times a year) and as always the service, food and ambiance are great. Having been coming to Breck from Texas for 25 years we have seen a lot of restaurants come and go but this is one that will stay. I would like to also say a special thanks to the manager who saw I was in pain on arrival (I backslammed off my snowboard) and gave me a complimentary Jamesons! We will always come back and as an extra tip - try the fig preserve, its awesome.

   We loved our experience at Bold in Breck, so much so that we came back the night after, our last night in Breck. The mezza plate was very tasty, for entree we tried the Pork, excellent, as well as the Moroccan Chicken, very tasty. Our daughter has the Taco’s and she really liked them. On the second night we did the mezza plate again, tasty, then went for the Moussaka. It’s a house favorite dish, made from their grandmothers recipe. We were really looking forward to this. For us, a little too heavy handed on the herbs, and that may be authentic and should not stop you from trying it. I had their Negroni, quite tasty. Service was great, and we will definitely come back next year when back in Breck, so I’d highly recommend it.

   We loved our meal here! We didn't know exactly how hungry we were so ordered 2 apps to start. WOW, the lamb meatballs did NOT disappoint! The flavor of the meatballs themselves was outstanding. But the ragu and the focaccia on the side were to die for. We also ordered the P.E.I Mussels and they were so so so good! The grilled fennel and bacon bits in the sauce truly made the mussels that much better. Our server Connor was great--informative, polite, friendly and available. He recommended a few things but was not pushy at all. He let us enjoy our meal but was there when we had questions. The atmosphere for dinner was an "apres-ski chill" vibe that was great...not too loud but still lots of activity. Can't say enough good things about BoLD!

    Fabulous experience. We enjoyed everything at our early dinner after skiing! Amazing appetizers. We had the spanakopita, the lamb meatballs and the falafel trio as apps, and we were all raving about how delicious everything was. For entrees two of us had the chicken skewers, and there was so much interesting flavor with the chicken and sauces on the plate the veggies were excellent too. One of us had the moussaka, and another the vegetable tagine. Add some delicious wine, and we were elated! We found this place reasonably priced (or better) for the area. Would definitely recommend and go again when in the area. My only complaint/recommendation would be for the chef to make the couscous less heavy/dense.

    Amazing food! It was hard to choose as everything sounded great. We all loved our meals The Colorado lamb was a stand- out. So was the Moroccan chicken. Prepared perfectly - even the very picky foodies amongst us were very impressed with the whole experience.

    We enjoyed our recent dinner for six at Bold. Food was excellent! It is a cozy-sized restaurant with a pleasing ambiance. At the center of the restaurant is a wrap-around bar that gave the space a lively feel. Service was very good as well. We had no real issues but we do have a head's up: it is a little pricier than most reports that we read suggested. To be clear, we found it to be a good value and will absolutely go back on our next trip to Breckenridge!

    Our best meal,in Breckenridge. The restaurant is setup on different levels which made it feel very cozy. Our server Kim was knowledgeable & professional. Definitely order the lamb meatballs which were delicious with a slight Indian flair. The Greek salad was the best I’ve had and so was the cream brûlée. Definitely worth the visit. Decent wine list.

    Their old fashion is not to be missed!!!! Bold has become a staple of our time in Breck. We had mousaka and lamb chops this time. Always smiling when the food arrives and in amazement at the first bite ♥️

    Very overpriced food. We were promised a steak with lobster tail and we got steak with some red flecks on it. The lamb chops were cut so thin you could see through the meat. Cobb salad was good, as was the mezze plate and chicken skewers. Dessert was also good, but not for 14 dollars a piece. Not very intimate, had to listen to the table behind us talk about murdering children and medically challenged orphans all night. Not fun.

    Very difficult to find-the outside sign says BLD, not BOLD-a little confusing. Very nice, the menu was a little limited. Drinks were very expensive. Overall a good resturant for a tourist town.

    We went there twice over our four day weekend. The huevos rancheros, chilaquiles, and chicken fried steak were each delicious. Both servers we had were diligent to our requests and needs. The atmosphere was comfortable and low key. We highly recommended the DIY mimosas.

    We were not expecting Bold to be in the shopping center so close to our condo in Breckenridge - we walked there easily! The inside was cozy and warm on a cold snowy night, and we loved our cocktails as we read through the menu (Low Flying Plane and Black Walnut Manhattan were bourbon forward and delectably unique). The service was great and the host came by to recommend his new addition to the menu - Seafood Paella!! We shared the Zhug Burrata (refreshing pesto, cheese, arugula and heirloom cherry tomatoes - delicious), my husband’s choice was the Paella and I ordered the Moroccan chicken - we could not decide which entree we liked best!! So glad we enjoyed this restaurant and can’t wait to come back to try more things on their menu.

    A lovely dinner with family on the last night of our ski trip. It was our first time. The mushroom soup special was amazing. Need that recipe!! We loved the lamb meatballs and paella. Great flavors! And the staff was super helpful, pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommend!

    The Veggie Tagine was a complete disappointment!! It was a very small bowl of veggies with some couscous and pitas. It looked like an appetizer sized serving, but cost $36! The restaurant manager asked if we liked our meals, we explained our issue with the dish, but he shrugged his shoulders and walked away.

    We went for Valentines dinner and it was just ok for us. It was super expensive and I could honestly make a better pasta dish at home. I’m glad we tried it, but we won’t be back.

    Excellent Valentines Dinner at Bold with my wife. Great atmosphere and service. The manager was very attentive, visiting our table two times to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. The Mediterranean food was different and very good.

    Willow was exceptional as our server. Nice to see at a resort establishment. She was genuine and cheerful. When our drinks were delayed, she was apologetic and brought doubles. The food was fantastic. The spanakopita was the best I’ve ever eaten. Chicken skewers were perfectly seasoned. It got very busy when we arrived but we were pleased to have been seated in the back corner where it was quieter. Willow alone would bring us back.

    Awesome Mediterranean. Highly recommend the avgolemno soup for cold evenings when you need something heart warming! We loved starters like the spanakopita and also Moroccan chicken skewers. My husband was very satisfied by the burger. Kids menu typical and keeps them happy. Good wine list too, and they have different cocktail specials weekly.

    Overall excellent experience at BoLD. Our first visit was for dinner and it was a home run. Manager and Staff are fabulous , beautiful space , great vibe and amazing food ! We feel this is some of the very BEST food in Breck and we will definitely return.
