The staff is terrific. The food is so good, a really great Breckinridge choice.
Waiter service was outstanding and food exceptional!!
Tasty bold flavors, generous portion in a comfortable relaxing environment. Sports playing at the bar blending oh so well with a deep list of single malt scotch.
Great food and service. Nice cocktail menu
Great ambiance and food! Had a good meal with our son and his friends. Bold definitely should be on your short list!
Always great! Mussels were fantastic!
The food was ok, nothing to remember. Our table was very wobbly. The glasses and dishes had spots and dried food on them. The wine selection is meh. The waiter was on top of everything- no complains on service. The food was fine but not memorable. The shades were down so we couldn’t look out, we tried to open them. The tables are so close it’s hard for the staff to get by which makes it not so comfortable.
Much better than two years ago. Lamb soup was super flavorful. We had vegetable tagline, salmon chopped salad, quail, and carnitas tacos. All were outstanding… and we are a discerning foodie family from the Washington DC area. We also had the ouzo shrimp, which was tasty, but a bit greasy for our tastes. Highly recommend BOLD!
The restaurant experience was different than anticipated. We were celebrating a birthday and it was not special. Our table was against windows and an open door. The waiter closed the door at our request but it was cold in there. The kitchen got the food out quickly which was good and bad. The timing was definitely off. They served our meals before we finished our appetizer. The food was good. The waiter had very little interaction with us. Granted, we went on the Saturday of MLK weekend.
Overall, I would only recommend this restaurant for people who want a good meal, post skiing. It was not suitable for a romantic Birthday celebration.
Awesome, quick and kind! Last minute reservation was easy, and we over heard them being super encouraging and kind to walk-ins that couldn’t be served ASAP. Quick table turn over, great price range to potion, and a super fun/accessible menus for groups.
Great bartender. Sat at bar which I recommend. Interesting food at a fair price.
The food was amazing. Extremely flavorful . Highly recommend
Great food and great service. We will definitely return!
Great spot for Mediterranean food in Breckenridge. Great cocktails
And the food was amazing.
The lobster BLT was a hit with our teenagers as were the Crem Brulés for dessert.
The Moussaka, Tacos and Pasta Primavera were also very good. The Mese board was a great appetizer for the group of 5. Service was excellent.
Outstanding! This small but nicely decorated restaurant was the perfect ending to our trip. Tom, our server, made sure everything was perfect. The food was amazing. We started with the shrimp appetizer which was a satisfying amount for two. Then we had the Greek salad. It tasted just like we were in Greece. For the entree, we had the lamb chops. They were cooked expertly to med-rare. We finished with the warm baklava simply mouthwatering good. We forgot to mention the cocktails were crafted to be balanced, beautiful and enjoyable. Thanks! We’ll be back.
Good food. The Greek fries were awesome. Good atmosphere, free 2 hr parking in the garage below the building
The bar was intimate and we met other fun engaging folks there. Jeremy the bartender was fabulous.
Dinner was great, Matt was our attentive server. Great ambiance and decorated like a library.
I would go back, In fact we did because I left my credit card there and we hung out at the bar again.
Meze platter, veggie tagine, and Mediterranean chicken were excellent. They also have non Mediterranean options. Great location right at Maggie pond!
Service was great, food was even better!
New Years Eve, great service, food amazing !!!
Our server was amazing! And food was delicious
NYE dinner! Salad and Apps were our favorite parts!
The restaurant surprised us upon arrival for a 6pm reservation for 10 people on 12/31/21. We reserved 3 months in advance and were asked to provided a credit card to hold the reservation. New years eve, we had 4 adults and 6 kids - and they informed us that the only option was a 4 course prix fixed menu at $125/per person. Luckily kids had another option butter pasta at $20 or steak tips and fries at $40. Obviously once you sit down on NYE you cannot just go somewhere else, everything was fully booked months ahead.
We stayed, we ate, ate well, food was good, service was good. Not sure if this was a rogue waiter, or truly an owner imposed policy, we just rolled with it to avoid ruining the evening. It felt shady though, the restaurant came off as trying to take advantage of guests.
Waiter suggested the owner emailed all guests, they didn’t. Open table emailed us - with no mention of prix fix requirement.
Just sharing feedback for the owners, treat your guests better please. We decided to shrug it off and enjoyed our night but that could have not been the case.
This is our fist time to BoLD and we were very pleasantly surprised. Food and service was very good.
Our waiter (male, longer curly hair)was exceptional.
This by far is one of the best restaurants in Breckinridge. Made a reservation and they were spot on getting my party of 4 in on time. We started out with the Mussels which by far were the Best I and my wife have had and we get mussels everywhere we go. The flavor was amazing. I had the Mousaka and wife had the Mediterranean Chicken Skewers which both bursted with flavor and was a large portion as well. The mixed drinks were great as well. The chocolate mousse cake was fabulous.
Now this experience didn’t come without any hiccups, our entrees were mixed up and were delayed coming out. But what made the difference is the server taking the ownership in the error and being honest. For this I give 10 stars for his honesty and the extra 15minute wait for the entrees was well worth it. Also the restaurant made right by the mixup as well.
My family will definitely be back due to the service and the amazing quality of food. Best in Breck!
Server was super friendly and hustled for us. Drink recommendation was awesome and delicious! Food was the best we had in Breck all week!
1st time at this restaurant and we will return. Waiter was wonderful and food was great.
This is one of our favorite restaurants in Breck. The food is so amazing! We had incredible service with a super friendly staff. Highly recommend!!
Great service and food.
Service was superb. The food was disappointing, but with a lot of potential to be great. Unfortunately, the entire plate had more olive oil that it needed. The meat, vegetables and couscous were bathed in oil. Perhaps, if the couscous hadn’t been covered in oil, this would have balanced the heaviness of the oil on the meat and vegetables. The shrimp dish in the appetizers tasted more like an entrée from Olive Garden (too heavy on the cream and oil for an appetizer). Overall, the food felt very short from a Mediterranean experience.
Christmas celebration at BoLD was great. Awesome environment and setting.
It was ok. I was expecting more from the reviews. Broccoli And other veggies weren’t sautéed enough in the special and their primavera. Greek tacos weren’t good. Crime brûlée was ice cold. Halfway through the meal we decided to stop pretending the food was great.
My wife and I went here for dinner while we were on our honeymoon. We both got the Christmas special ‘Deconstructed Beef Wellington’ which was literally just a steak over a bed of mashed potatoes. It also came with broccolini which was completely burnt. On top of the steak was a duck pate which was the smelliest thing I’ve ever eaten in my life. It tasted horrible and neither of us could get over the smell. The waiter conveniently didn’t mention that it cost $80 either. The most expensive thing on the menu was $50 so we figured a special would be similar to that. They gave us the check with a ton of things we didn’t order on it as well. While we were dinning we overheard two other tables complain about the ‘deconstructed beef Wellington’ as well. Overall we were extremely unhappy with this place and felt like it was a complete waste of money
Great service. The Burrata and Moussaka was delicious.
We had a reservation and we did get right in. The server was unprepared and I gave consideration since it was Christmas Eve. But their catch of the day wasn’t ready, we had to ask for refills, and it took a really long time to get our food compared to other tables. They were out of a lot of things and it felt like they just weren’t prepared for dinner. The ambience was really good! I love the decor and the location too. The hostess was friendly and sat us almost immediately.
Attentive staff, nice ambience, excellent location. Quality meals and good wine selection. Highly recommended.
