   Didn't have a great experience unfortunately. Asked for a table next to the window three times and wasn't given it even there was a few available. My main course was very salty, and nobody checked how it was. The guy serving us our champagne wasn't nice and was too pushy to order the more expensive bottle. Also had to wait for half an hour for the bill and to pay. The view (as much as you can experience it from the middle of the floor without making other people feel uncomfortable) and our waitress Antonella was great though.

   The food is really expensive (£40 pp - without alcohol in a 2 course meal) and not good at all. The only thing nice about the restaurant is the view.

   The restaurant has amazing views over London which looked beautiful with the addition of Christmas lights. At least COVID-19 hasnt taken that away from us Londoners. The food and service were faultless. The staff were bright and cheery despite knowing they would be out of work again for goodness knows how long. As we sat on our table at least 2m from anybody else we were struggling to understand why the Government has closed restaurants such as this when they take such good measures to protect us.

   Stunning views, and the food was delicious! The staff couldn’t have been friendlier or given better service. We did the bottomless Prosecco and 3 course deal and our glasses were never empty! Would definitely go back!

    Wow, where do I start, we had the most amazing evening at Bokan, hosted by Florian who’s service was absolutely exceptional and rare to find these days. Best service I’ve had in years at any restaurant! Very attentive. The food at Bokan is fabulous and recipes are very unique and well thought out. Fine dining and presented in an art form. Florian did a fantastic job at explaining each course which made it feel like a really interactive dining experience and he made us laugh throughout. I had 3 courses alongside some beautiful cocktails and everything was flawless. The window seat we were given was fabulous 38 floors high and you get the most stunning view. I wish we had more hours as I didn’t want to leave. We felt totally welcomed and not rushed at all. We went upstairs to the roof terrace following our meal on the 39th floor under the patio heaters for a breathtaking view. The evening was perfect and I can’t wait to return again and try some more items on the menu! :) Great place for business meetings, date night, special occasions and friends.
