   Excellent dining experience! We’ve been to Blaze many times, but our dinner last night was the best yet. Our server, Julio, made sure that all our favorite meats were brought to our table, that they were cooked to our liking, and that any cut we wanted more of was brought back around . He saw that our children enjoyed the cheese bread and brought more without being asked. Throughout our meal he visited us frequently to ask if we needed anything. And to clear away extra dishes. After dinner we ordered coffee instead of dessert, and Julio brought extra cookies for the kids. This was a special evening because my sister-in-law was visiting and we wanted to take her someplace nice. Thank you, Julio, for making sure everything was perfect!

   The food was very good, and the salad bar had just about everything I expected of this type of restaurant. However, gauchos seemed a little distracted and bothered if not everyone at our table wanted more of what they brought around.

   The note I wrote to management: Tom…. U probably already know this, but u have a jewel when it comes to your general manager Wendel. I am an executive coach in the service arena and I must stop at times and give credit when it’s due. In Wendel, u have a manger who leads by example and isn’t afraid to jump in and execute when the staff needs assistance. I witnessed him not only performing his typical duties, but also jumping in and assisting and working on the front line. This is a rare quality in a manger these days post 2020…. U should treasure and keep him satisfied.

    This visit was my family’s second, and it was just as enjoyable this time as our first. Our waiter Arturo was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be returning. If I had a complaint, myself and my husband do not eat red meat, and 95% of their meats are for red meat lovers. Even their chicken entrees are mostly all wrapped in bacon. They even have stuffed “bacon-wrapped” jalapeños. However, for an additional fee, you can order lobster. My husband & I just stuck w/the wonderful salad bar, which was/is more than satisfying….while the rest of the family overloaded on red meat. So, we were all very happy and full when we left. NOTE: Deserts are not baked into the price, as it is with Texas de Brazil.

    Everything was perfect. The salad bar was the best we have ever had. There was so much more than salad on it it actually should have a different name. We could have had a 5 Star meal from just the salad bar. Love this place and cannot wait to go back.

    The salad bar is a meal in itself with a vast array of offerings. The Lobster bisque is comparable to the best I've had. My favorite entree was the filet mignon and the bacon wrapped shrimp. Service was prompt and accommodating.

    I will like to say that I don’t know what happened that day , they were short staff or what but I was not as good as brassao Brazilian restaurant. The waiter try to put more stuff that the one we order and the food wasn’t showing up as fast I will not come back . For the price you shut have more employees and better service

    The meat was over cooked. There was very little selection of meat…we only had picana and garlic sirloin come to the table. Thought there would be more as they do at Texas de Brazil, etc. I had the lobster bisque and the tiny pieces of lobster were over cooked and tough. It was slow so maybe they didn’t have all the meats going??

    Service was top notch! We got in at the end of the night, they took great care of us, made sure we had a great dining experience, kitchen staff went extra mile, and helped my wife celebrate her birthday with a delicious flan on the house! Food was terrific, great selection, well cooked, and just a great experience for us.

    Had an absolute blast! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was incredible. We will definitely be going back there! It is pricy but for a special occasion dinner, I don't think we'll be going anywhere else.

    This used to be a wonderful establishment for lunch or dinner. Imagine my surprise when our group first walked thru the main entrance (9 business professionals) and from the start, we were treated as second-class citizens. The maître d set the tone from the beginning with his unpleasant attitude. We should have walked out at that moment. The lunch experience was no better... salads are brought to your table and we understood. One guest requested the Ceasar salad which took 12 minutes to reach the table... that salad sat approximately 20 steps from out table. Not once did the staff try to accommodate simple requests. One guest asked for a lemonade which arrived a few minutes before the bill arrived. Do not waste your time as the service was terrible and the food was subpar. There were other fails by staff. Such a shame because I used to frequent this establishment every Friday for lunch and was treated like family.

    Really great food, my disappointment is that it lacks the atmosphere of the Boi na Braza. It felt like more of an imitation. Other issue was that on the web site they brag about a selection of fine cheeses. Didn't see or get offered anything.

    The food was poor. I’m used to a big salad bar with cheeses at a Brazilian steakhouse but they brought around 4 salads when they told us they had 12. No cheese options. The steak was just ok. Our server was terrible. Forgot things, spilt my drink on the table and into my daughters gift. Offered us a free dessert then charged us for it. Parking was awful because of the concert. Couldn’t get to the valet because of all the cones. Would not go back. Not worth the price. Not impressed.

    1st time at Blaze. Was there for my wife’s birthday. Was initially concerned about the value of the “Experience“ but one the food started rolling out, all doubts went away. So worth the money, food was fantastic, service was incredible, memorable birthday dinner for my wife. We will definitely be back.

    The atmosphere was nice and the waiter was relatively attentive. The food was disappointing. All of the meats were over cooked, dry , and did not have much flavor — with the exception of the garlic steak. It was the only tender cut of meat we had all evening. Even the shrimp was chewy and dry. The salad portion of the meal was not accessible to the public. Instead, each of the salad dishes were brought around to the table one dish at a time. It was very difficult to determine what they had and what would be brought around. After a few dishes, we gave up and moved on the the meat portion of the meal. I’ve been to several Brazilian type steakhouses throughout the metroplex and am typically a fan. This was a very disappointing experience.

    The moment we arrived we where treated great by the valet, once inside, staff was super friendly. The place looked amazing and the food was extraordinary. And staff made me and my now fiance feel welcomed with a great experience and help poping the question of marriage. I would highly recommend this place to others, without a second thought

    Very strange for our experience with Brazilian restaurants - no self-service at salad bar. Which was also much less in assortment than usual for Texas de Brazil, Fogo de Chao, etc. Also, meat selection was very limited, more sausages and poultry than meats.     It was a nice place but I didn’t like the fact that they brought the drinks out in cans and charged per drink! If I am going to pay $62 a person I should get unlimited refills! Also I didn’t feel like they had as many options as other Brazilian steak houses with their meat choices or sides options.

    We arrived at 1:20 and there was no one else in the restaurant. First time to Blaze but we’ve been to many Brazilian steakhouses over a period of 10+ years. Our server was wonderful and accommodating but all the meat with the exception of the spicy filets were dry and over cooked. It’s a good aiming rod money for overcooked meat.
