The restaurant had been closed for a few weeks so it’s shocking that you still had it on your site AND that it allowed us to make bookings with nothing informing us of its closure. We’d booked tables for 15 people and had to quickly get somewhere that could take all of us last minute. Very poor show from Open Table.

I got there and said I’ve got a reservation and they said they don’t take reservations so I think open table need to look at this. Thankfully they were quiet so they got us a table. But it was far too hot in this heatwave so we left. The food is great if you go on a cooler day as I’ve been before but not sure what was going on with the booking situation.

Didnt enjoy this at all. The restaurant is at a very bad location in that you have big music acts next to you all the time. Also this is the definition of a tourist trap- overpriced food for low quality.

I was meeting an employee who is on maternity leave. She brought her 8 month old son and we all had a blast. The staff were great with Hamish, courteous and efficient with our food orders. Sitting in the centre of the Piazza was a great experience and we will doubtless meet there again.
