BOB’s Lobster launched in July 2013 as a street food and wine truck, getting their start trading in the evening time at Borough Market. BOB’s Lobster’s street food van has been listed amongst their many other accolades as one of the top 5 restaurant concepts in the world (The Manual), one of Mr. Porter’s ‘Seven of the Best Food Trucks’, one of the ‘Best Pop-Ups’ (Yelp!), included within the ‘Quest for the Best Lobster Roll’ (Rebecca Seal, ES Magazine) and listed on Buzzfeed’s list of ‘London Street Foods You Must Eat Before you Die’. Whilst the original 1957 VW Split-Screen Camper Van will be parked up in the new Wine Bar & Kitchen, BOB’s Lobster has another 1950s ‘Splitty’ that will continue to be seen on the street and at festivals. Rob Dann, Jamie Watts and Stephanie Flanagan form the independent management team that took over the three Bedales of Borough wine bar spaces in 2012 and launched BOB’s Lobster in 2013.

BOB's Lobster was a street food concept that has blossomed into its first permanent space in the booming London Bridge station. Our focus is Wine & Seafood with a big nod to 'sharing is caring’! In our fantastic 'VW Area' we can accommodate 10 guests seated and groups of up to 20 guests for a standing mingling event. Alternatively, the Venue can be privately hired for up to 50 attendees.
