We asked for a private room and they didn't give it to us despite having them available. Food was good, a little expensive but not bad for portions. Waiter was very accommodating and attentive. Table location and set up was biggest issue given they weren't busy but we did enjoy ourselves and will be back.

It was fine … a bit disappointed in some menu changes since the takeover and it would have been nice had our server stopped by to check in after someone else dropped the food off, but it was fine …

The food was meh. Flavorless and boring. The spring rolls filling was filled with noodles and not much else. The accompanying sauce to the spring rolls was the highlight of the meal. The cashew chicken was trash. The Singapore noodles had no flavor. The shrimp in the noodles was good. As to the service, it was horrible. Appetizers were served with the entrees. And, we had to wait for plates and utensils after the meal was served. Food got cold. Somebody else got us boxes to go (packaged for the trash) and then waited around for the check. Food and service were horrific. There are much better places to eat.

It was our first time dining at this location. The food was just okay. We mostly had dim sum. It wasn't bad but nothing out of this world special. The service was not great. We had to ask several times for chopsticks, got wrong food, didn't get some of the food we did order. Had to flag down server for refills- and restaurant was not full or overly busy.

Ratings would have been higher but it is clear they are going through start up phases of their new format. Generally I was impressed at the progress. Food was really good. There was a noticable change in the cocktails served. Bo Lings seemed to never figure out how to serve a cocktail. They usually seemed to be watered down and they always seemed confused on how to serve them. Not the case any more. A stellar bar and the same with the service.

Food was very good, service was excellent. Noise level was annoying. Music in the restaurant was too loud. Hard to have conversation and hear waiter.

Overall good. Different menu than traditional Bo Lings and the tables are quite close together in some areas. But overall good experience
