   Great food and service. Short ribs were excellent. First time I’ve ordered short ribs and got so much meat I had enough left over for lunch the next day.

   This was my first visit to Blue Violet and I was impressed, and a little surprised, by the quality of this restaurant. My meal was delicious and the service was excellent. I will definitely go back to this gem!

   Our server Nick was amazing. Wedges and flowers were great. Beef short rib and smash burger were to die for. Another party in our group had stuffed chicken it was so tender and also great. Short rib was so tender you could cut it with your fork. Best I’ve ever eaten. Mashed potatoes and carrots were awesome. This is our new favorite place in Edwardsville now. Small plates at happy hour were half price. I highly recommend this restaurant.

   Hadn't been dined there in a while and we were pleasantly surprised with the newer menu and great food. We had several of the small plates to start and the crab cakes were the best I've had in some time! Also had the Ramen and it was outstanding. Very generous size and dense with great ingredients.

   I have driven by this restaurant numerous times and had not been… It was wonderful and we will definitely be back! The food was wonderful, atmosphere was nice, and our waiter was great! We had ordered numerous small plates and sandwiches and all were amazing! We went with sandwiches bcus we had ordered so many small plates, but we are looking forward to returning to try the main course meals.

    This was my first visit and I have been talking it up to everyone! The place is gorgeous and the food was amazing. We made it for happy hour which was a nice surprise. Our server Nick was great and very personable. I highly recommend!
