I never leave bad reviews, but this place is an amazing venue and cool speakeasy with great music, but the service and bartenders were not good. We arrived at 8:15 pm for our reservation and there was not 1 customer in the entire place...we sat at the bar (they didn't check us in on our Open Table reservation, so it said we didn't attend our reservation), the 2 bartenders were arguing with each other...one of the bartenders was making a drink and spilled it everywhere across the bar, including all over me...I barely got a "sorry", but he didn't even offer napkins or to help clean it up...we sat there for 10 more minutes and they didn't clean anything up. I grabbed cocktail napkins to wipe it off of my shirt and pants. Awesome venue, HORRIFIC service...very disappointing.

Honestly overrated and didn’t live up to the hype. Seemed to be understaffed. Would have ordered a second or third round but no one really came around. Also it was hot, very warm. Would not return or recommend

Wonderful if pricey drinks ...service (( save for Jorge who is the only reason we got our first drinks AT ALL)) is sort of atrocious. Egregious slowness/bad vibe/general WTF from the bartenders especially horrible Sean who allegedly had 4 tables to tend to but only even SPOKE to ..much less took or gave an order ..ONE table. No apology or anything either. Horrible service. But let's end positive ...Jorge was magnificent as were the people who led us to the doorway and hall of the entrance!
