   Such a cool speakeasy in the W Hotel. The staff is so nice and very attentive. Can’t wait to come back!

   It was absolutely terrible.  Our reservation was for 7:45 PM and as soon as we walked in, we were delayed at being greeted, and when we finally were acknowledged, our table was not even ready. Looks like the table that they were going to give us already had drinks on it for someone else. When they finally did seat us, nobody came by to greet us or offer us anything to drink, and we were sitting there for almost 30 minutes. There were servers coming around to the people to the left and right of us, but we weren’t ever acknowledged. When we decided to get up and leave, no one even noticed we left. This place is not a true speakeasy. It’s inside the W hotel and the only thing that they did tell us was that we only had an hour and a half to be there. Not a very pleasurable first time experience and would never recommend going there. It’s such a shame because they could’ve really capitalized more on this concept.  It wasn’t even that busy inside so we would be able to empathize somewhat if it was too busy, but not if you have people sitting there for 30 minutes and expecting them with a reservation. This was planned weeks in advance and considering that it was Valentine’s Day, you would think they would’ve been more prepared if that was the case.

   The bartenders are amazing and the cocktails are all delicious (we tried several as a group!)

   The blue room is absolutely stunning the staff was attentive friendly and knowledgeable but very very slow I know it’s a new establishment if you’re coming out of the remodel I look forward to returning once they get their bearings otherwise a great experience.

   The Blue Room was fun overall. When we arrived, the waiter came over and asked for our orders. Their weren't many people there, but he seemed a bit hurried. We placed our orders. Then they brought water glasses, but never brought water over. There was no music ...at least not memorable for a Speakeasy. The whole set up could be more inviting with candles and music...

   Blue Room just opened so I assume they are still working things out. There weren’t many occupied tables, but yet, our waiter disappeared for about 30 mins so we ended up ordering our 2nd round at the bar. I guess it’s to be expected in the beginning. Will check it out again in a few months as I’m sure things will have settled.
