Our guys get to work at 7am every day to chop fresh vegetables, marinate top grade meat, craft handmade sauces and stuff our famous tamales. We only use the best local mesquite wood on our grills and search the country for the best meat and vegetables around to put on our tables.

We eat at Blue Goose Cantina at least once a week, and it never disappoints. One of the highlights is their freshly made tortillas—you can actually watch them being made right in front of you, which adds such a fun and authentic touch. The Chicken Cheese Chile Rellenos are absolutely amazing—definitely a favorite. Their tacos are consistently great, packed with flavor and always fresh. And of course, the margaritas are top-notch and really set the mood for a relaxed and fun evening. It’s a great spot for families too. Our kids love coming here, and the friendly, attentive staff—both waiters and waitresses—make the experience even better. Blue Goose Cantina has become a go-to for us, and we always look forward to our visits

The greeters were super accommodating, and the waiter was very patient with our energetic table. The food was great as always. The prices seem high, but I'm not used to everything costing more these days in general.

We waited 30 minutes for a table despite calling in the morning for an evening table. Many others were seated before us. They could have rearranged tables for us as priority instead of seating all walk-ins of 2-4 per party. The girls working at the front desk were just that and weren’t able to think for themselves. The gentleman that attempted to help us initially was also overwhelmed. Table was half cleaned to be seated. If it weren’t for the teenagers that were eager to celebrate a birthday party, I would have went elsewhere to dine. I just didn’t want teenagers to have to drive elsewhere after arriving and waiting a lengthy period. It’s understandable that restaurants are busy but the lack of service in expediting thing or offering reassurance equates to poor customer service. The young waiter was patient and sweet but I can’t say the same for seating girls or management if there was any.
