   Don’t eat here. They advertised a buffet menu for Mother’s Day but when we arrived they told us that it was a limited A La Carte menu printed on the brightest neon yellow paper in a difficult to read font. There is no restaurant at the Sheraton, but rather tables set up in the lobby next to the bar/coffee station they have. The server told us they normally don’t do table service and it was very clear in how unorganized, unprepared and unsuitable the “service” was. When we ordered, the server said it would take about 30 minutes (!!!) to prepare the food & it was basically low quality hotel food that you’d get at a 1 or 2 star hotel that offers breakfast. There was clear miscommunication between management and the workers as the workers appeared anxious and disoriented, unprepared to answer questions and needed reminders to provide basics like silverware and maple syrup with the pancakes (fake syrup in plastic to go tubes). This is just a few examples of the experience, I could write more but I think the point is clear. Don’t eat here.
