Currently, every Thursday night we off Jazz N' Dine from 6.-9 pm in our Tavern. George Lee and Friends Trio play your favorites while you dine at candle light. A great night for date night before the weekend really begins. During the summer we will move the Jazz trio to the Patio to really make it an fun filled night.

Had a wonderful dinner! Our server Merle was pleasant and thorough. We enjoyed the date night special which included a sald for each of us, entree I had salmon and husband had steak with a chocolate bomb for dessert and a lovely bottle of white Bordeaux.

My wife and I had a wonderful and delicious evening out at Blue Canyon last night. Our waitress Courtney was fantastic. We ordered the Crispy Brussels Sprouts appetizer, which was so good and unique! We both ordered the Beef Stroganoff entree. The beef was cooked perfectly, the noodles were hearty and delicious (different from the traditional egg noodle), and the sauce/gravy and mushrooms were delightful. Blue Canyon also was very generous and treated my wife and I to a complimentary dessert for our wedding anniversary. The only slight negative was the ambiance being a Tuesday night. The dress was more relaxed and felt a little more of a bar type atmosphere than fancy, upscale restaurant. We would definitely go back again and would highly recommend for the food, service and beautiful interior!

NYE dinner with the family. Everyone very much enjoyed their meals. I had the wrong entree brought out to me and placed on the table…they ended up letting me keep that extra and side and brought my correct order so was very please to get a 2 for 1. Server was kind but a bit awkward. We’ve been her several times over the years but this is starting to become our go-to place for special occasions. Have always enjoyed the food, drinks and atmosphere.

We went to Blue Canyon with a little bit of trepidation due to some negative reviews we read online. I am glad we went anyway and reinforces the fact that you shouldn't base your decisions based on what you might read. My wife and I went here for our anniversary. It was wonderful. Our waiter (Bob) was great. The food was great (trout for me, salmon for my wife). We selected the date nite option and it made for a nice romantic dinner. We sat by the window and had a nice view. I'd recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Everything was truly delicious and served so fast! We sat on the side by the kitchen so it was a bit noisy. We got the clam chowder to start and that was so tasty. For dinner we got the pretzel crusted trout and beef tenderloin. Both were served with mashed potatoes and green beans. For dessert we had the donut banana foster and that was devoured in about 5 seconds. We will definitely be coming back!

My husband and I had a very enjoyable dinner this past Saturday night. The weather was cooperating and we were able to dine outside. While my husbands meal was served hir, mine was a bit cooled off. I think it’s because they bring it from inside the restaurant and walk it to the outside uncovered. Covering the dishes would certainly help as the kitchen is a distance away. The server did offer to warm my meal however. I was already getting full from the appetizer of calamari- it was delicious!! We’ll be coming here again soon as we have a doing booked here. Looking forward to my next meal from here.

The patio was perfect! We sat near the waterfall and the ambiance was great. However, went to the website before dining, and it seems that much of the info was incorrect. Disappointed, too, that “Date Night” was not available on the patio.

I think charging $19.24 for a burger is unreal. $20.28 for Parmesan crusted trout, that’s more reasonable. For the price I think there are a lot better choices. The patio is beautiful which is why we go. Just wish there were more choices of food.

"BC" is an old favorite; we've been dining there since this restaurant opended. Servers are typically friendly and attentive -- and try their best to accommodate special requests pertaining to preparation. The signature entrees are that beacuse over time they have not fallen out of favor: like the Pretzel Crusted Trout -- our favorite.
