Loud and hostess was unpleasant when asked to be in large room with nice view and many empty tables for 4. Stuck with gaggle of homecoming girls. Dirty bathroom too. Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I apologize for the unpleasantness from our team, and the bathroom. We are sharing your comments with them, so we can all learn from this experience. I did notice there were no requests on your reservation, and although we do not reserve specific tables, we do take into account specific requests for the different areas in our restaurant. We do get a lot of requests on a Saturday night for our main dining room, and we do give priority to the guests that have made reservations with that request. Most nights we are able to easily move some tables around, but on Saturday with three local homecomings in the area, we had every table reserved for the evening. We were on our way to MGM Northfield Center stage, and needed a place to eat that was nearby. neither my wife or I had been to the Blue Canyon for many years. I will start with the absolute best thing about our visit, which was the service. It could not have been better. Attentive without being overbearing. If there was anything we needed or wanted we got it immediately. The menu is large and varied, and really very interesting. We thought the food was good, better than average, but not great. We were there during happy hour, and did take advantage of some of the specials, but did order an entrée off of the daily dinner special menu which was not part of happy hour. So, the atmosphere was casual and accommodating, food was good and we got to the concert on time. Successful night.

My family & I went to Blue Canyon last week to celebrate my wife's birthday. For the quality of the meal, the prices should be half of what they charge. Blue Canyon has become a pre-nursing home club in disguise. The Truffle Mac and Cheese had no hint of truffle. The Garlic Green Beans had no hint of garlic. My steak was wildly under-seasoned. These are all elementary mistakes, and overall the food is very reductive and lacks creativity and inspiration. For service, our server was very friendly and sweet. But the timing of the meal was off. Overall, things were very slow. And our steaks didn't come until after our kids had finished their entreés. Ultimately, I expected a lot more. It wasn't a terrible experience, but should have been great for the price we paid.

My family and enjoyed our time together at Blue Canyon Kitchen!!! My daughter and I took my husband here for the Father’s Day brunch which was amazing!!! Great food and a many options!! The bacon buffet was a huge hit!!! Taylor was our hostess and she was very pleasant and attentive.

My wife and I had a wonderful and delicious evening out at Blue Canyon last night. Our waitress Courtney was fantastic. We ordered the Crispy Brussels Sprouts appetizer, which was so good and unique! We both ordered the Beef Stroganoff entree. The beef was cooked perfectly, the noodles were hearty and delicious (different from the traditional egg noodle), and the sauce/gravy and mushrooms were delightful. Blue Canyon also was very generous and treated my wife and I to a complimentary dessert for our wedding anniversary. The only slight negative was the ambiance being a Tuesday night. The dress was more relaxed and felt a little more of a bar type atmosphere than fancy, upscale restaurant. We would definitely go back again and would highly recommend for the food, service and beautiful interior!

NYE dinner with the family. Everyone very much enjoyed their meals. I had the wrong entree brought out to me and placed on the table…they ended up letting me keep that extra and side and brought my correct order so was very please to get a 2 for 1. Server was kind but a bit awkward. We’ve been her several times over the years but this is starting to become our go-to place for special occasions. Have always enjoyed the food, drinks and atmosphere.

We went to Blue Canyon with a little bit of trepidation due to some negative reviews we read online. I am glad we went anyway and reinforces the fact that you shouldn't base your decisions based on what you might read. My wife and I went here for our anniversary. It was wonderful. Our waiter (Bob) was great. The food was great (trout for me, salmon for my wife). We selected the date nite option and it made for a nice romantic dinner. We sat by the window and had a nice view. I'd recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Everything was truly delicious and served so fast! We sat on the side by the kitchen so it was a bit noisy. We got the clam chowder to start and that was so tasty. For dinner we got the pretzel crusted trout and beef tenderloin. Both were served with mashed potatoes and green beans. For dessert we had the donut banana foster and that was devoured in about 5 seconds. We will definitely be coming back!

My husband and I had a very enjoyable dinner this past Saturday night. The weather was cooperating and we were able to dine outside. While my husbands meal was served hir, mine was a bit cooled off. I think it’s because they bring it from inside the restaurant and walk it to the outside uncovered. Covering the dishes would certainly help as the kitchen is a distance away. The server did offer to warm my meal however. I was already getting full from the appetizer of calamari- it was delicious!! We’ll be coming here again soon as we have a doing booked here. Looking forward to my next meal from here.
