I would be able to tell you more had we stayed at the restaurant—in making dinner reservations you would expect to be seated in the dining room area but, to my dismay, we were shown into the seating area in the bar area. They were crowded in the bar and VERY noisy— so I asked about the dining area and the hostess responded that there was only one server assigned to that area!!!! They were not going to seat us in the dining area and we were not going to sit in the LOUD BAR AREA so we left. I will not go back there for a very long time if ever.

Everything was great…a couple joined us that had never been to Blue Canyon…they thanked us 5 times over the course of the meal and that evening for introducing them to the restaurant. So, very good in many different respects!

We had the best dinner. My trout was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meal and our server was fantastic!

Blue Canyon never disappoints. There are so many rooms within the restaurant so you never feel how big the place is. Great service and delicious dinner. My friend and I each ordered from the early (before 6:30) menu. I had the salmon and she had the pretzel crusted trout. Both outstanding. Even the salad was memorable.

Blue Canyon's decor and ambiance always attracts, in this case a family group now living in two well-separated cities. The three of us had chicken, tacos and the Friday fish fry (pretty varied choices), and two different desserts. We were warmly greeted by the host and well served by the staff.

Blue Canyon is always a “must visit” whenever we travel to northeast Ohio on business or pleasure. On this trip we chose the Tuesday-Thursday special menu and were both delighted with the food and the portions. Lastly, our server, Dawn, was the best!! She was very helpful in navigating the menu due to a food allergy. If you’ve never been to Blue Canyon, you need to. You won’t be disappointed!!!
