Blue Bar & Grill
Rather disappointing place that was much less attractive than expected. We came in middle of week and basically there was no guests. We were expected to have dinner outside close to ocean but we were denied due to our group (10 people). In fact looks they were not interested to serve us there. And the whole terrace was basically put in the dark that was not a good sign as well. Food was just at an acceptable level.
Good Food, Entertainment and Dancing on weekends. Complimentary parking........please tip.
Had to wait a long time for check. Wonderful ocean view, good value if you want a basic brunch option without committing to a big expensive buffet.

We celebrated at Blue Bar everything we ordered: fried calamari, tuna tartar, crispy duck, lamb, was delicious and cooked to perfection. Very attentive service, beautiful ocean view; I would highly recommend Blue Bar & Grill as an excellent restaurant in our area.
OpenTable allowed to book this reservation and Blue Bar and Grill never called or let us know the restaurant was book for the private event. The person we spoke to did not really help us find a restaurant to go and was told to go to South Beach for a similar venue. We are tourist to this area and this was a special night that I was taking friends to this place , we Uber’ed our way to say find another place yourselves. Very disappointed.
The website suggests a classy restaurant and bar. Although there is a good view of the ocean from the outdoor terrace the building, surroundings and property reminded us of a low end hotel experience. There was entertainment warming up inside when we were leaving that sounded promising. We would not recommend it for just a nice meal and ambiance.
Great experience. MJ was very nice and attentive. She was quick to help us but gave us plenty of time to enjoy the meal. We ordered off the sunset menu which is a great value. We will definitely be back!!
We went to see the Motown Show. Unfortunately, the AC was out; so, they cancelled the entertainment. They did not tell us they cancelled the show. Everyone dined outside due to the AC crisis. The meal was fine. The service was inattentive and the waitress was snippy.
The owner cares about his restaurant. He really needs better help.
This was the very best dining experience we have ever had. We ate outside with our friends and the server was wonderful and very attentive to our needs. We highly recommend your beautiful restaurant with your fabulous employees. It was nice to have the MoTown music in the background.
We would definitely go back.

I went on Dec. 8, and it was a wonderful experience. I went back with a different group on 12/29, and I was not pleased. The host couldn't find my reservation. After he found it, the waiter didn't come to the table for at least 15 minutes. When he did arrive, we ordered drinks which took 25 minutes to come, and the green apple martinis were horrible. I sent it back for a new one to made with more Midori so it would be sweeter and green, it was just as bad. The waiter spilled some of the drinks on the table. I told him that the drink was still bad and asked if the bartender could put a little bit of Midori in a cup for me. He did, but it was just bad. I ended up giving my drink to someone else. We placed the dinner order, and it took over 30 minutes for the food to come, and one of my guest's salmon was raw. She sent it back. Two more guests came (the restaurant was aware that 2 more guests were coming). They were seated at our table for 20 minutes before the waiter came to take their orders. I admit that the restaurant was busy, but they should have been better staffed--especially since they automatically include the 18% gratuity in my bill. I'll give them one more shot because the music is so good, but 12/29 was a total disappointment.
Food is usually outstanding here at BLUE. Food and service this night was not up to its usual high standard but live music and ambiance made up for it. We'll be back. Maybe the chef was out sick.

Food was not good after awhile we were left on our own and had to look for someone to order desserts and provide a check. Not a good experience and wouldn’t go back and wouldn’t recommend it.
We were the first to arrive. The waitress had to serve many tables, and forgot about us.
