   The food was super and we all enjoyed our meals. This comment regards the online reservation system. I asked for a table of 6 at 5pm on a Sunday evening and received back information that nothing was available until after 7pm. I tried again with a table for 5, same thing. When I tried a table for 4, I received back several time suggestions around 5pm so I booked that and hoped the table would be big enough to add another chair. Thus I was surprised to walk in at 5pm and find the place empty with many large tables available. This was a great restaurant and I would hate to see them lose business because of their online reservation system. If you find yourself thinking you can't get in, give them a call before looking elsewhere.

   We started with fried pickles and chicken fingers. They both were seasoned well and very tasty. I tried the gumbo and my wife had a smash cheeseburger. The gumbo was disappointing. The roux was awesome and flavorful. However, the sausage tasted bland, flavorless and off. They were not fried ahead of placing in the gumbo which also didn’t help. Shrimp seemed added on top instead of integrated into gumbo. The burger was awesome! The service was very good.

   Ryan was great, very personable. Louisiana chicken dip & chicken fingers were amazing. Great drinks too. Atmosphere lacking but overall great experience & will be back!

   My husband and I really enjoyed the food and drinks, wish we had room for dessert! It was our first time here and is really a neat looking place. What really made our experience a great one was the waitress! She looked like the only one on and even as the restaurant filled up she still rocked it. I’m bad at names and there wasn’t one on our receipt but she definitely deserves a shout out! She was very tentative, had great suggestions, and made her job look so easy (I know it’s not).

   The server was attentive and very nice. Apps were good, but one of the apps was not hot, and the arancini needed maybe a side of sauce. For our main meal I had chicken & waffles and my husband had the gumbo, both dishes were very good. With my dish, I wish that there would, have been a side of honey butter also. Can't rave enough about the expresso martini, delicious! We would return for another meal.

    We had a really good meal with quality food. We enjoyed the brussels sprouts and spinach and artichoke dip that was actually made from real artichokes instead of frozen cans stuff. For entrées we had a combination of burgers, chicken, and waffles and a hanger steak which was excellent. They seem to take pride in the food they serve and the controls were also very yummy!

    Nice informal ambiance. Some very imaginative drinks, and they're willing to adjust for guest's taste. Highly recommend the street tacos and Buffalo Brussels sprouts. Mexican street corn was the most flavorful I've had. Not to be MISSED!

    Our party booked on Open Table, having never experienced this restaurant before, but looking for a last minute reservation for a Saturday. Overall, we had a decent experience. Our server was very good, and that in itself counts for a lot! Unfortunately, the restaurant is not really separate from the bar and the noise level was really high, making conversation difficult. The food choices and presentation were creative, but the food itself was fine, but lacked depth and flavor. I would suggest sharing some photos of the bar (with TVs) on Open Table so that the overall layout and ambience could be better judged on review. Would I recommend or go back? Yes, if going to the bar. Possibly not, if going to the restaurant.

    Really enjoyed this place. It was a Sunday evening so the place wasn't busy. Our server Emily recommended few dishes. They were all excellent. The portions were so huge that we couldn't finish them. Emily's service was awesome.

    We really enjoyed our dinner. The wait was reasonable, but it was also a quiet night there. We ordered arancini, baked wings, shrimp tacos, chorizo/chicken tacos and street corn. The shrimp tacos and street corn were especially good. We’ll definitely return!

    Excellent food, good recommendations from waiter on beer and cocktail choices. I was there midweek and the place was pretty empty. The ambiance felt lacking, but we loved the food and plan to go back when it’s a bit more “hopping” to see if that improves the ambiance/vibe. Definitely would recommend it!!

    Food was pretty mediocre, for a place that presented as a gastropub. Steak ordered medium rare but came out well. Service was friendly but very slow. An app we ordered never came out, and the beers that came were mixed up. Not a horrible experience by any means, but not one I’d rush to recommend either.

    Music was on loud side so conversations were not so pleasant. Air ducts were placed above each table and cool air was constant on you. Food was good, and there was a variety.

    After a few visits for cocktails only we decided to have a dinner at BluAqua. The staff is exceptional - very friendly while providing great service. Our meals and appetizer were great and the portions are very generous. We highly recommend the fried green tomatoes! Give BluAqua a try - you will not be disappointed.

    Great spot. Reservations got us seated immediately. Mike, our server was personable and attentive. Drinks, appetizers entrees and dessert were all delicious. Can’t wait to return again, someday. Thanks all !

    Food was great. My martini was fantastic with the elderflower. I had a salad an appetizer and I had to get a doggy bag... the salad was huge! Decor was fun. I always think of tapas as a little more intimate. But as a restaurant we both wanted to go back!

    The two of us were placed by a loud, for me, party of eight. I struggled at times to hear my wife. We won't be going back. But I had to try the place to see. In that regard, it was worth it.

    Great food and service. We went (Sunday night). Different kind of vibe than what I expected but good. Kind of a chic vibe. I had the hangar steak. My spouse had the fish special. Both were really yummy. My wife had a grapefruit martini. It was one of the best she's ever had. She likes them nice and chilled. It looks like they chill their martini glasses. Very generous too. Perfect. We would definitely go again.

    This place had a good atmosphere. Noise level is pretty high but it was still bearable. Food was very good, but not fantastic hence the 4 stars. Brussel spruots were really good. Arancini good but a little bland. Not crazy about cauliflower street tacos but street corn was very good. Painkiller drink was delish. I would go back. Probably for just drinks and apps next time.

    The food was average .The best meal was the Gumbo Chicken and shrimp Gumbo spot on but really needed bread to soak up gravy, Chicken and Waffels affels definetly nothing to write home about, Chicken dry waffel plain,did not serve with syrup. Flat bread was a small pizza. Arancini balls where very good pork belly lollipops for the price where just 4 small squares of pork belly. You cannot hear yourself speak because of the accoustics and ceilings. I am sure it is a great place for late night drinking. Not a place to go for dinner with friends.

    Food was very good as were the Drinks and our waitress, Emily was excellent. The noise level was very high and our table was close to the bar height tables which added to our uneasiness. Maybe a clear divider, separating the two areas would help. Will try again on a weeknight when it might be quieter and a better atmosphere for dinner.
