   The description of the restaurant on Open Table and Google are misleading. Apparently the seating of the lobby is considered part of the restaurant anytime before 10 AM when the restaurant actually opens (not described or mentioned online, which also means it’s a completely different set of menus. In addition no one cared to receive us or accommodate our reservation. The receptionist at the front desk of the hotel was very rude and gave us a heavy attitude when we asked for help locating the restaurant. It was clear our presence was not welcomed at this facility so proceeded to cancel our reservation. We hope the service evolves at this location, I truly had high hopes for this restaurant and experience.

   Had early morning breakfast at Blonde. The dining area (not really a restaraunt) was oddly situated within and completely exposed to the hotel's lobby entrance---nothing cozy, private or inviting about it. Food appeared appetizing, portions were appropriate but arrived to the table lukewarm and servers were inattentive to coffee refills, etc. Overall, just okay.

   Given that this is a restaurant that is fairly new, the service was good...the waiter was very attentive but just seemed a little nervous or unsure of himself. E did a good job. There was a real cold draft in the room and we asked if the air system could be adjusted. We ended up eating dinner with our jackets on. The Caesar salad was nice, and we had butternut squash gnocchi. That was ok...I thought it sat in a little too much butter (or olive oil?) but otherwise was tasty. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. It was Valentine’s Day so they had a special menu. I will go back and try the regular menu.

   We went with another couple andvwe all agreed the food was extremely bland. All of our meals were bland. Expensive also. We won’t be going back.

   You should always try a place more than once. A very slow night so had good service. The food was good but I felt it was quite overpriced for what you got. If you ordered just the entree there was no vegetable at all and the portion was moderate. For the price there should have been vegetables included. Some of the sides ordered were very good though high in calories. They need to definitely make some adjustments.

   Very disappointing to turn up to our booking only to get turned away because the restaurant was having a New Years Eve function that our booking did not apply to. So we were left with no dining options within the Hotel on New Years Eve.

   Our service was wonderful. The kitchen was slower than dirt. This was Christmas Eve and the place was not crowded yet it took over an hr to get our food. There were only 6 entries and 2 of them were out so really only 4 thing available. Will not go back again. When they first opened the restaurant was really good but they couldn’t leave good alone and messed with something that was great. If it ain’t broken don’t fix it!!

    While the food and service were very good, the room has harsh lighting and is uninviting.
