   Mattie was our server tonight and he was by far one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in San Antonio. So considerate and informative of them menu. Chef Tony and his team are amazing. Will definitely be back.

   Overall a good dining experience. Ordered the redfish. Portions were somewhat small but very good. Excellent service.

   Amazing service and food! We had family in town and wanted to bring some fine wines to share with them. Our server Mary G. (And others) made our experience so lovely. We felt like we were in our own dining room at home with 5 star food and service. They allowed us to linger as long as we needed to since it was a slower weeknight. Thank you Bliss!

    I did quite a bit of research looking for a nice place to celebrate my wife’s birthday dinner before booking Bliss, but our experience left us both underwhelmed. The food was good (although oddly the portion size of my vegetarian bowl was four times bigger than my wife’s scallop entree) and our server was kind, but the timing of food was very slow, leaving us waiting for a long time between courses. It felt like we were being deprioritized for other tables. Although small, when I booked the reservation I listed that it was my wife’s birthday, so when the server came to the table and asked if we were celebrating anything, it showed me a lack of attention to detail. This was in stark contrast to our dinner the evening before, which we booked only a few hours prior to eating, and yet the service staff made it feel special.
