Porterhouse special was delicious! Very rich flavors. Get one and share. We’ve been eating leftovers for two days.

We were staying at the resort and booked dinner for a party of 4. We had a beautiful table outside overlooking the green space on the property. Our server was knowledgeable on the menu, able to make recommendations and was very friendly. We didn't feel rushed and had a great experience overall. Food was amazing, great drink selections and fun mocktails too. Would definitely dine again, and highly recommend.

Friday night dinner with my wife was great at the Blind Salamander. To get there you have to drive a few buildings down to the actual Omni resort. Of note they do complimentary valet if you are dining in. Valet employees were friendly and quick. The seating attendants upon entry were a bit awkward when they were trying to seat us but maybe it’s because they were young and not super experienced. Our server (Brett I think?) was fabulous. We sat outside and that was really nice as well as there was live music at the time for some other event they had. Food: we had the burrata which was excellent. We had the oysters as well and those were really clean and tasted pretty good. For main entree I had the king fish which was just okay to me. The texture was great but it could have been a bit more seasoned in my opinion. It tasted a bit bland. It was paired with maybe a polenta and a slaw and that too was okay. Nothing fantastic. My wife had the lamb picanha and that was pretty good. They seem to have done it medium rare to medium on default and that was decent enough. She mentioned her carrots and asparagus were really good as well and not too crunchy which she usually dislikes. The crab Mac and cheese was very good and worth getting in my opinion if you are super hungry and think the sides that come with the entree wouldn’t be enough. Overall decent experience bar the king fish and the awkwardness with the seating attendants. Waiter was very nice and made up for a lot of the aforementioned deficiencies.

Not worth the money. The staff was overwhelmed and none speak English. The food was good for Mother's Day.

The easter brunch was overpriced for what was available. Drinks were over charged and I thought included in the brunch cost. Guess it was not crowded because others knew what I just learned.
