   The absolute best experience at Blanco Fashion Valley. I took my staff there for birthday celebrations. I first had to call because we were late for our reservation due to meetings and traffic. The lady on the phone, Olivia, was so nice and helpful. Then the food was all amazing!! Service was amazing. And even when they called the manager over so I could get everything settled, he was great. Usually there’s one person that’s not the best, but everyone was so great and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The drinks were yummy and so pretty too. 🙂

   The mocktails are delicious and so are the fish tacos, short rib machaca & short rib chimichanga. Food is always on point! We come here every month and love it!

   We went during Restaurant week. Friendly staff. We had made the reservations but had to wait for about 15 minutes to get our table, not bad. It was a fixed menu, the vegetarian options were very nice. Enjoyed the food and the experience. Will go there again.

    Everything was great at Blanco - all the dishes were good, service was attentive, ambience nice. The Restaurant Week menu was a REALLY good value and everyone enjoyed their food. (We were a party of 6)
