Blacklock a modern version of the Great British chophouse. Set in the heart of an old listed building that once housed the King’s Coachmakers on Bedford Street. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our real charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails that give back and wine on tap in our atmospheric chop mecca. On Sundays we serve a Sunday Roast (almost as good as Mum's).

    Went to your fabulous restaurant tonight for the first time. We loved it! Steak was amazing, chips were so good too. What i also loved was the music being played! We will come again one day.

    Possibly the best steak we've ever had, chop sauce was delicious , really friendly and attentive staff, amazing experience, we will definitely be going back for more!

    Great Réunion meal with an old classmate. She loved the food. Steaks and chops were superb. Faultless. Excellent Blacklock gravy. Nice desserts.

    If you’re over 35 or don’t like eating in a high decibel environment this place is not for you. Shame because the sirloin(although pretty small) was perfectly cooked and tasted terrific. Chips were good too and the broccoli side delicious. I visited on my own and was lucky because making any conversation would have been impossible unless used to chatting in a disco- most of the diners seemed relaxed about the roar
