   Most disappointing experience in one of our favorite restaurants and we visited with a guest celebrating his arrival to london and his special occasion. First, ordered a medium porter house to share with him. We waited 50 mins for the food, and when it finally arrived the portion was unbelievably small, and the meat was overcooked, dry and chewy. Second, my wife ordered a medium-well steak that was just tiny, and the meat was rare. The waitress did notice our frustration, and she ended up offering us some free deserts to make up for the mistakes. We appreciated the waitress’ gesture but just left completely disappointed. We paid around £150 and left hungry.

   Excellent steak, burgers and sides offering great value in a lively dining room. Service was super attentive and friendly - the staff went out of their way to make our meal a great experience. Highly recommend!

   Great food and service. We had mushroom toast, sirloin, and kale salad. Save room for the Cheesecake! Restaurant music and general noise level is a little bit loud, but we could still enjoy conversation.

   Another amazing meal at Blacklock - our go to when visiting London. Outstanding food - you can’t beat the all in and lovely service from Hanni, especially the birthday drink - much appreciated.

   The food was great, very reasonably priced. Our waitress was fantastic, super friendly and attentive. The only downside was a woman who I assume was the floor manager was quite unwelcoming . All the other staff were amazing but she came across unfriendly and uninterested. She ignored us twice when we tried to get her attention and ignored us when we said thank you as we were leaving. Maybe it was a bad day for her but it was definitely a dampener on the evening.
