   Went with my 1.5 year old daughter and Husband to celebrate his bday. They catered to us and our needs with a toddler and the food was nice too

   Sunday roast at Blacklock for our last meal in London - what a wonderful experience!! From the moment we walked in to the moment we left we had great time. We had a reservation, and there were a few minutes wait, so we had a drink at the bar. We were soon seated by the lovely woman at reception and Dermot was our server. He was excellent! We had a beef and a lamb dinner and at Dermot’s suggestion the cheesy cauliflower. It all was so delicious. We knew it would be a lot so we hadn’t eaten much all day and we were not disappointed. Both of the meats we tender and the potatoes, carrots, cabbage and Yorkshire pudding were also perfect. And the gravy…so good. We saw another table drinking it from its pitcher - that good! We found a little extra room and had the rhubarb, apple crumble with ice cream and custard sauce. My husband, who isn’t a crumble guy, thought it was amazing as did I. We made this reservation months in advance knowing we wanted to try a Sunday roast and the Black Lock city was the perfect end to our week in London. The team working there, the food, the atmosphere all 10/10!! Thank you!!

   Wow!! Excellent way to leave London. Spectacular food, the roasted meats were superb and cooked perfectly. The sides were delicious. Hostess and floor managers were spot on. Our table server disappeared for about 35 minutes, but when the rest of the floor staff learned of this they quickly recouped the very small situation. The server eventually returned and was fine. Wine selection was thoughtful. I’m a Bloody Mary fan and although the beefy bloody sounded great it was meh, seemed like no booze or beef and the juice was warm (no ice)…. The rim was outsanding

   The best experience we've had at a London restaurant in a while. Could not recommend more. The food was spot on, service was outstanding and prices were brilliant. One of the people in our party were dealing with an issue that meant we couldn't put our order in for a little while and our server dealt with it perfectly, put no pressure on us at all and even offered us a quieter table to sit at if we needed it. Absolutely no complaints from any of us, a really great way to end our day.

   Great food, great service (thanks Dermot!) , and very reasonable price for the quality of the food. Loved it! Will definitely be back.

   Great service, food was outstanding and we were treated really well. It was my partners birthday, which I mentioned on the phone and they really made an effort with additional treats. The staff were really lovely and had good banter and the back ground music was fab, which added to the ambience. This is my 2nd time to Blacklock and will definitely be back again in the future.
