   A little up scale but not over the top, was nice to dress up a little, great live music, a very special night out for me and my love

   Got there early to walk the beautiful grounds which made us about a half hour early for our dinner reservation. Even though it was half full they wouldn’t seat us until our reservation time. Food was good, great bar staff. Nice relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely go back.

   Black Prong is nothing shy of spectacular. We found this place accidentally and just fell in love with it. The staff was wonderful and the food was exceptional. We’ll definitely be back!

   We always enjoy going to Black Prong Bar and Grill. It is the best kept secret for a fine dining experience (with casual attire) and amazing craft cocktails. They also periodically have live music as well. I highly recommend this restaurant. It has become one of our favorites. Worth the drive if you live in any of the surrounding counties near Bronson, FL. We live near Crystal River and it's a very peaceful, beautiful drive without a lot of traffic on old back roads of Florida. Price wise, it can be a bit above average, but worth every penny. My most recent meal was Venison and it was WOW good.

   This place was recommended by some friends. It was a great recommendation. The food was very good. The service was also good.

   It was great! I have tried just about everything on the menu, and I have never been disappointed. The comedy show was great as well!

   We arrived early for Happy Hour and then dinner. Had two appetizers-Duck Spring Rolls(4) which were delicious, and Caprese Flatbread it was a tad bland and the crust could have been a bit crispier. Cocktails were delicious-“Out of the Blue” and a “Bramble Bourbon Fizz”. Dinners were the Scallops and Lobster Ravioli-both were excellent. Crème Brûlée for dessert was amazing. This was my first time at Black Prong, the service was great, the restaurant was very nice but the lighting was a bit dark. Definitely will return again.

    My husband brought me there for my birthday, and the cabin, dinner, and swimming pool were spectacular. Michelle and the staff were so kind and friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay.
