   Buffet was fabulous. Fresh and delicious. Accommodations comfortable . My guest was heard for first time and she absolutely loved everything.

   Everything was great! Aubrey was so polite seating us, and Riley was the perfect and attentive waiter! Geo did a great job with the tenderloin, and Brittany was great with mimosas! Also, Bill and Jada weee the perfect hosts. Thank you! It was amazing!

   Got there early to walk the beautiful grounds which made us about a half hour early for our dinner reservation. Even though it was half full they wouldn’t seat us until our reservation time. Food was good, great bar staff. Nice relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely go back.

   Black Prong is nothing shy of spectacular. We found this place accidentally and just fell in love with it. The staff was wonderful and the food was exceptional. We’ll definitely be back!

   We always enjoy going to Black Prong Bar and Grill. It is the best kept secret for a fine dining experience (with casual attire) and amazing craft cocktails. They also periodically have live music as well. I highly recommend this restaurant. It has become one of our favorites. Worth the drive if you live in any of the surrounding counties near Bronson, FL. We live near Crystal River and it's a very peaceful, beautiful drive without a lot of traffic on old back roads of Florida. Price wise, it can be a bit above average, but worth every penny. My most recent meal was Venison and it was WOW good.
