We were there for Father's Day. I had a dozen little necks from the Raw Bar, a NY Strip steak and a lobster tail, for the perfect lunch. My wife loved the crispy chicken sandwich. The new decor is beautiful, the service was excellent, and the view was great. What a difference from the old Danfords restaurant,

Food was very good and we were seated right away but server rushed us through dinner. He was eager to remove our bread, appetizer and get our meal out to us. He kept coming over asking if he could get rid of our plates when we weren’t near finished. He didn’t ask if we wanted dessert but asked if we wanted the bill. Felt very rushed even though there were many tables available.

Had 7:30 reservations, didn’t sit til after 8, didn’t have food as of 9:10… left with out eating… wouldn’t go back

Food was very good; ambience and service was excellent. Cocktails were well-made and priced and wine by the glass was a very good value. It's a wonderful place for dinner with a special guest.

100% of food order was wrong. For example, we order Branzino and they brought Salmon. Appetizers were all wrong. We ordered Montauk beer and they brought us Stella. It was a disaster. Manager came over and was apologetic, but the evening was ruined by lack of attention to detail. That was my second try of this restaurant, They are 0-2. Not good

We enjoyed the food for the most part. The menu had limited selections. The calamari was a little rubbery but the rest of the dinner was good. I had the seared tuna which was done correctly although it was sliced a little thick but that may have been a function of the cut of tuna. Service needs work. Very slow and the place was not crowed at all. Forgot my French fries. Ambiance was good overlooking the ferry and marina. The afternoon sun did start blasting into the main dinning room and there are no window treatments to tone it down (and the dinning room faces north and west). The value was comparable to other restaurants in the area, we did not order cocktails or wine with dinner. This is a newly re-opened restaurant in a boutique hotel and there are certainly a few bugs that need to worked out but I would give it another chance in the future.

Dinner at 6pm on Saturday. Two people three courses $250. Food was very good. Restaurant has been refurbished . Very good chairs and subtle improvements. Bathrooms need work. Service very good from waiter but too energetic bus service. Very noisy. Birthday was not recognized . Music outside but could not hear inside. Generally an improvement from the Ferryman’s Grill. Give it a try.

After years of waiting for a great upscale restaurant in Port Jeff, finally here it us. Service from Julianna was incredible, and the calamari appetizer was the BEST we’ve ever had. All the meals we ate were perfectly cooked and I can’t wait to taste their new menu as of May 22nd. Kudos to the owners and management!
