Unfortunately, very disappointed. My husband and I ordered one appetizer, 2 cups of soup and salads. The chicken on his salad was not seasoned and very dry. He did not eat it and pushed it to the side of the plate. The shrimp on my salad was undercooked, also not seasoned and would’ve been better grilled. The Shishido appetizer was also partially undercooked. It was a mediocre meal that we ate anyway, except for the chicken that my husband pushed aside. When we told the server that the chicken was too dry, and my husband did not eat it, she just awkwardly said “oh I’m sorry”. She did not even offer to take the cost of the protein off. The bill came out to $110 with tip. We both left thinking we couldn’t believe we just spent over $100 for an appetizer, soup and salad that wasn’t even that good… for 2 people. Well, now we know.

Black+Haus is consistently wonderful, from the service to the food. We like to go there before we attend events at the PACE Center, and it always feels like a special occasion. Everything I've eaten there has been so delicious. All the staff are great, but we love having Alissa as our server. So happy we have Black+Haus in Parker!

We ate at Black Haus for Mother’s Day brunch. The restaurant was not busy when we were seated, but did pick up after about 45 minutes. It took us nearly an hour to get our food. When we got our meals, the eggs were cold on each plate. My son and I got eggs Benedict (the eggs were solid and the hollandaise sauce was room temp/cold) and my husband had eggs over hard. The server asked for the kitchen to make new meals for us and it took another 25-30 minutes to receive. We understood it was a busy day and we took that into consideration while we waited patiently and enjoyed a couple of drinks. It was frustrating, however, that our food took that long when we saw tables seated after us get their food and leave in the time it took for us to get our meals.

Great food, wine, and service. The only downside was the loud cars and motorcycles racing down mainstreet making it hard to hear.
