   Good place for a birthday get-together. It’s always busy so best to make a reservation. Lots of menu options. Everything has been good, will try something new next time! Nice beer selection.. I recommend the nutty brunette.

   Had reservations and were seated in a timely manner. Our waiter Dave was polite and attentive! Food was delivered in a timely manner starting with appetizer and salad and dinner. We Had the salmon dinner and it was delicious and also the jambalaya which was delicious as well. Better than our last visit which was a nightmare. Service and food 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️This visit

   Our lunch at BJ's was excellent. We were seated promptly and our server Tom couldn't have been more friendly, hospitable, and professional. A great dining experience and I'm sure we will visit this restaurant again.

   We enjoyed the food -- we had different entrees, both very good. Good value for the price. Generous pours of the wine we chose. The restaurant was busy but not too crowded, so we didn't feel rushed.

   I went to BJs Brewhouse as I had organized a get togther to celebrate a friends very diffucult divorce that was finally over. Food was good. I brought a cake that was specially made and quite expensive. When I checked in, the hostess was very pleasant and I asked if I should bring a cake in as it needed refrigerated or leave it in the car as it was quite cold out. I was told to bring it in as they have a cooler they could keep it in until it is served. We were seated quickly as I had a reservation. The waitress was unpleasant from the start. She never said hello or told us her name and never smiled. The food was brought out timely, by another employee and not our waitress. When I asked the waitress to bring the cake out, it appeared it had been dropped or joggled to the point where some of the icing words were gone and 1 decoration appeared to have fallen off the cake and put back on....backwards! The waitress brought the cake out in the bakery box and handed it to me. Did not offer to cut it and did not bring a knife to cut it ever! It took about 15 minutes to get plates to serve the cake on. The waitress made us feel like we were putting her out, to take our orders and get us drinks, when this is her job. I fully understand that wait staff are underpaid in general, but she chose this job and if she was so unhappy, perhaps she should find a new occupation. She never smiled and was very unpleasant. A smile goes a long way. I'm very disappointed as the food was really good, but given the service, I may not return.

   Good experience! Went on NYE so it was pretty crazy. We had a reservation, as did many others, but we got sat within 15 minutes of our reservation time. Good food, good dessert, waiter was attentive despite how busy it was

    Waited 30 minutes with a reservation. Don’t make a reservation you may still end up waiting. Manager did give us 2 free deserts for the inconvenience however we already got some free from rewards and it was my birthday so we got those free anyway.
