   Food came out over cooked and cold. Salad was served with the entree. One entree was served 10 minutes after everyone else received their food. Ordered a glass of wine when seated and waited 30 minutes for it to be delivered.

   Had a reservation but the place was not busy. Seated us at a small booth which was tight for 6 people despite plenty of open tables. Food was expensive and lacked flavor. One of our meals did not come out at the same time. Beer was flat from the tap and seemed watered down. Server was nice but kept forgetting items requested. Definitely not worth what you pay for. Ordered 6 entrees and 5 appetizers.

   They didn't want to honor the reservation i made though open table. Because "It's a busy day" so I had to wait 30+ minutes with my date on valentines day wile people with no reservation were being seated

   Waitress amazing steak was overcooked and plain. She replaced for a much better steak cut and flavor

   Took my office staff for company dinner, everyone had their fill. Our server is very efficient in taking our orders

   Our server was great. She wasn’t in that section and took us on anyways so we didn’t have to wait. She was very attentive and nice as well.

   This was the 3rd time trying to get into Bjs. The first time, we waited over 1.5 hours after being told a 30 min wait went in to check, and they "forgot about us" so we left. The 2nd time we were told 15 min, wait again went into check, and the hostess told 2 others in front of me 15 min wait as well,she then tells me there is 6 other parties in front of me and the wait would be about an hour. Again, we left. This was at 630 pm. Didn't get a text that our table was ready until 8:39 pm. These 2 were on the call ahead wait list. Now, this time, we made the reservation about 5 hours before we got there waited about 2 mins, then got seated. Vibes were energetic & loud. Clean tables and our server was nice. Waited about 40 mins for our food. Our vegetables were undercooked, but all our food was flavorful. After bringing the food, we ate in about 20 mins. Our server, however, never came to check on us, and we had to wait an additional 30 Mins for her to come back so we can get boxes, the check, & dessert to go order since the kids were tired. Our server did look stressed and was waiting on about 2 other large party tables when there were about 4 other servers standing in a group talking. When we got home, our 4 dessert pazzookies were burnt, and we didn't eat them because the burnt flavor was too strong. Good for drinks, wouldn't go back for food.
