Worst service from any restaurant in a very long time. Started with them telling me I did not have a reservation, I even showed them my reservation and confirmation number…they didn’t care. Was seated and had no server for 20 minutes, when we got a server, she did not give one iota if we had good service or not…totally disinterested. This was my go to place when coming to Tallahassee, not anymore.

I think the prices are high and not a big enough variety on the menu. I asked for brussel sprouts as an appetizer and that was a good option. The beer flight was good also.

Waitress was pleasant. She was new and handled her infrequent fumbles with grace and humor. Food excellent, except asparagus overcooked. Filet was great! Nice place.

No wait. Service excellent as well as food. I had a chefs salad and I bowl of clam chowder. Both were very well prepared and soup was very hot. Our waitress was attentive to our needs and eas quick to respond to our requests.

I made reservations for 4 for prom dinner and the service was HORRiBLE. Just because an adult is not with them doesn't mean you can treat them any different.

There was something wrong with each one of our entrees. The fish & chips were swimming in grease, both of the prime rib meals were overcooked & cut way too thin. The turkey burger was undercooked & bun was mushy. A manager came out & asked us how our meal was & we told her our complaints. She said she was sorry & that she was just so busy. After that, desserts took a little long to come out, over 25 minutes, & the gluten-free one looked less than appealing. It looked like little balls of dough were just thrown into a pan, dough didn’t even cover the whole pan. I ended up just putting it in a to go box cause I was just ready to leave. The server was good but the food overall was poor. This particular night wasn’t very busy as I’ve seen it in the past & other tables around us seemed to not have trouble like we were so maybe it was just our luck. This restaurant used to be my go to place but after this Easter dinner with my family, I won’t be back at least for a while.

Had a reservation at 6:00 pm and was told it would be 15-20 minute wait. After telling the hostess we had a concert to attend at 7:30 and could not wait she got us seated. My question is why do you make a reservation f it is not going to be honored?? Got to our table and no one came to even give us menus and water until we had to flag someone down to get our waiter! Really not acceptable service.

We typically don't like to go to chain restaurants when we travel but we decided to go with BJs, since we could get a reservation on OpenTable and it never disappoints. It is consistently good and has something for everyone! The Kickin chicken sandwich was amazing!

Highly recommend a reservation as this location stays busy, especially for dinner. They got us in and seated right away. I appreciate that they have a gluten free menu with a nice selection. It was a bit noisy, I feel if the music was turned down a bit, people wouldn't need to talk so loudly. But, aside from that preference, overall everything was very good.

My Entrée was hot, rice was lukewarm, broccoli was cold and undercooked. My wife’s dinner had a piece of paper in it. Service was slow and after being served we waited for silverware.

We enjoyed our drinks. The mule was made just right and not watered down. The cheeseburger was made just right as I asked for medium rare. Sweet potatoes fries were crispy and tasty. Service was great despite being busy.

Hostesses were very nice. And that’s about it. Food was mediocre and cold. Server never surfaced to fill water or ask if we needed anything. Was annoyed I asked for mayonnaise after she had already inputted our order. Only went there as we were able to make a reservation. Had a similar experience last time. Visit only as a last resort.

Getting together with girlfriends I haven’t seen in several months. Excellent seating with a big booth that was in a semi-quiet area. The waiter was fantastic and fun to talk to. Food was excellent-service outstanding. Can’t wait to go back again!

I like that they had healthy alternatives. The food was very good and Grace, our server, was outstanding! I wish they posted calories on the menu; I found them on the online version of the menu.

Since I made reservations we didn't wait but 30 mins for a table. The food took a long while to come out. Some of it was really good, some of it could of been better. Price was a lil high. Overall it was satisfying. Probably will go back but only on special occasions.

Overall I had an amazing experience. I arrived at the restaurant and immediately got seated because we had a reservation. The server was extremely helpful finding a suitable replacement meal for one of our party members after he ordered a few different items and bj’s was out of the main ingredient. The only complaint I had about the experience was the food came out Luke warm and I solely believe it was from how busy they were and probably understaffed.

Our party arrived in several separate parts. The server came back with each new arrival ready to get the orders. He was cheerful, knowledgeable and friendly. The food was amazing from the appetizers to the dessert.
