   Had a reservation at 6:00 pm and was told it would be 15-20 minute wait. After telling the hostess we had a concert to attend at 7:30 and could not wait she got us seated. My question is why do you make a reservation f it is not going to be honored?? Got to our table and no one came to even give us menus and water until we had to flag someone down to get our waiter! Really not acceptable service.

   We typically don't like to go to chain restaurants when we travel but we decided to go with BJs, since we could get a reservation on OpenTable and it never disappoints. It is consistently good and has something for everyone! The Kickin chicken sandwich was amazing!

   Highly recommend a reservation as this location stays busy, especially for dinner. They got us in and seated right away. I appreciate that they have a gluten free menu with a nice selection. It was a bit noisy, I feel if the music was turned down a bit, people wouldn't need to talk so loudly. But, aside from that preference, overall everything was very good.

   My Entrée was hot, rice was lukewarm, broccoli was cold and undercooked. My wife’s dinner had a piece of paper in it. Service was slow and after being served we waited for silverware.

   We enjoyed our drinks. The mule was made just right and not watered down. The cheeseburger was made just right as I asked for medium rare. Sweet potatoes fries were crispy and tasty. Service was great despite being busy.

    Inadequate and non compliant handicapped parking. Drink errors and food errors. Food cool and not prepared according to description or previous visits.

    traveling to avoid hurricane Ian , stayed in Quincy, FL. Looking for a place to eat and went to BJ'S. Food was terrible service poor. NEVER AGAIN.

    Hostesses were very nice. And that’s about it. Food was mediocre and cold. Server never surfaced to fill water or ask if we needed anything. Was annoyed I asked for mayonnaise after she had already inputted our order. Only went there as we were able to make a reservation. Had a similar experience last time. Visit only as a last resort.

    Getting together with girlfriends I haven’t seen in several months. Excellent seating with a big booth that was in a semi-quiet area. The waiter was fantastic and fun to talk to. Food was excellent-service outstanding. Can’t wait to go back again!

    I like that they had healthy alternatives. The food was very good and Grace, our server, was outstanding! I wish they posted calories on the menu; I found them on the online version of the menu.

    Unfortunately lack of staffing had us waiting for 20 minutes past our reservation time. The appetizer was cold but tasted ok. Food and service were average at best.

    Since I made reservations we didn't wait but 30 mins for a table. The food took a long while to come out. Some of it was really good, some of it could of been better. Price was a lil high. Overall it was satisfying. Probably will go back but only on special occasions.

    I want to give thanks to the representatives we have encountered, but all thanks to the representative that served us. Tyler was friendly and kind and polite. We enjoyed having him as a server. The food was delicious came out in a timely manner. I loved it!

    Overall I had an amazing experience. I arrived at the restaurant and immediately got seated because we had a reservation. The server was extremely helpful finding a suitable replacement meal for one of our party members after he ordered a few different items and bj’s was out of the main ingredient. The only complaint I had about the experience was the food came out Luke warm and I solely believe it was from how busy they were and probably understaffed.

    Our party arrived in several separate parts. The server came back with each new arrival ready to get the orders. He was cheerful, knowledgeable and friendly. The food was amazing from the appetizers to the dessert.
