We enjoy going to BJs and were looking forward to a nice Friday evening. However, it quickly turned into a disappointing evening. It started out fine but when our food arrived, one of our entrees was ice cold. The other two were lukewarm, so they have obviously been sitting for a minute. The one that was cold was too cold to eat. So we sent it back. It came back, and the dish was hot, but the food was still cold in the middle, and it was obvious they had added water to keep it from drying out and stuck it in the microwave. We brought it up to the server, and the manager came over. There was no real apology, but told us the chef is very good, but it does vary on who is the chef based on the section of the restaurant. We didn't trust trying again so opted to order dessert as we knew it would take a minute to cook. 2 of our guest continued to eat. From that moment on, we were not checked in on by our server. Our table needed refills and extra sauce since it wasn't brought out the first time. We never saw our server again and no one stopped by to check on us. Finally, after about 20 minutes, someone dropped off the dessert but left so quickly we couldn't ask for our needs. We sat there for 10 more minutes trying to find someone to help us. A nice server did walk by and when we asked to send our server over, she let us know our server had started feeling ill and was no longer working. Luckily, she agreed to take care of us, so we were able to get our refills, a box to go with extra sauce and two more desserts to go. After being there over two hours for a simple meal, we were ready to go. The manager did cover the dish and dessert but that's expected when the food can't be eaten and the guest had to miss dinner. It is up in the air if we will go there again. Alliance isn't that far away, so it might be worth the drive.

Food and selection were great. The 13.00 meal deal, which comes with a pizooki, is a terrific value.

We had a great time! The check in process was easy and we were sat immediately. Our waitress was very attentive and quick also! Highly recommend!

We always love the extensive menu at BJs. Pizza, fries and the pizookies are a must! This was our first time dining with kids and they serve goldfish with their menu to keep them happy until meal time. Our server Nicole was on her first week there with our large party of 12. She did amazing! We will be back for sure!

The waiter was awful from the start. She did not make eye contact with us and wasn’t attentive to us as a whole. Our drinks were late and the apps came out shortly before the entree. Then when I asked for desert she made a look as if that annoyed her. Almost like we were holding her up from going home. I’ll never come back to this location again.
