Super Bowl Sunday family gathering. Waiter was missing a lot and had REALLY BAD BODY ODOR! It was awful! We asked for the receipt from two different servers that went to get the manager instead. Finally I found our waiter that was sent to work as a host in the front door for a while, and no one was taking care of us. Finally when he came to the tables, he was busy taking someone’s order forever....and I still went to another waiter to get our bill, but they went to get the manager to help us instead. Did not make sense.

Although my Open Table reservation was not recorded or acknowledged, our dining experience was good. Hopefully the restaurant has since corrected their error. Service was a bit slow...maybe she had too many tables to serve.

It’s a good family after work catch a game kinda place just not a let’s go get some good food kinda place. The menu is way to big need to scale that back for sure. Some items come out not as described on the menu like the original wings which was drizzled with ranch ...as well as a some on the side either or would be fine but not both. Service was a bit slow on 1st arrival - dozens of empty tables and like 6 groups of guest held and waiting in the lobby ??? No doubt a shift change but still give them a table some menus hand out some water and let them wait at their tables for a waiter not crammed all out in the lobby.

This particular BJ's Restaurant wasn't busy on a Thursday night. Our server may have been new. He was not aware of the specials of the day. Everything went smoothly once we received our drinks and and food. The tri-tip I ordered was tender but looked a little sad on the plate.

Huge, extensive menu so you can have almost anything so seems suited to families. A few dishes are reliable such as the salads. However, this location continues to have issues with a) timing of service, and b) wait time for your table.

We shared a double cut pork chop, requested it cut in half but it wasn’t. Caesar salad arrived first but server didn’t come with share plates even when he knew we were sharing the order and salad sat getting soggy by the minutes. Service lacking!

The food was good as expected. But... we had to wait 25 minutes before we got our table, even though we had the reservation and came on time. Then we had to wait a very long time for the food to come out. The music is loud so you can't hear your friends sitting with you. Been to other BJ's restaurants that were much more pleasant.

Reserved table for 6. Got there, they offered us 2 booths. I asked for water 3 times. One of the people in our party ordered a chicken dinner with fries. Her dinner came with chicken and asparagus; the server said the fries are coming-up. We waited for a while, the server brought a small dish fries and said that fresh fries will be out shortly. A while late the server brought "fresh" fries. I had a martini before dinner; the server never picked up the glass when I was finished.

Awesome food and always enough space to fit a lot of people. However, our table was given away and we had to wait almost an hour before space became available. It was given away because other people took it over in the restaurant didn’t do anything we had gotten there 45 minutes early to ensure our table would be ready.

Their daily specials are terrific- good value! Being a sports’ bar, it’s an active place @ BJ’s when the Warriors are playing. Fried calamari was over cooked and not as good this time. The pieces stuck together. However our loaded burgers were delicious. I had the sweet potato fries and They were moist and crisp.

We had a pleasant time celebrating our son’s birthday. I did an online reservation and when we got there, our table is ready. Our server was also attentive and professional.

Menu here is pretty good, sports bar / brew pub ambiance is decent. Food quality is decent - some dishes great and others just OK. The real problem is the service; and it is a big one. It’s friendly but inept all the time. I’ve been here dozens of times, and there is literally always an issue. Apps that arrive after the main dishes (or not at all). Drinks that go forever without being refilled. Sides that never come, or that you have to ask about 5 times. Order requests that are ignored. 45 mins without getting food to the table on nights which are not overly busy. On and on. Location is badly managed, and is just not worth the hassle of visiting anymore. I’m done with this place.

I decided to use some of my open table points to have lunch a BJ. Showed our server the printed page when we sat down so that he’ll know how I was going to pay part of the meal. He took it and said he was going to check with the manager. Manager came and said he never heard of Open Table (I actually made the reservation through open table). Manager then left to call who knows whom. Never came back. Anyway, server was nice and decided to just deduct the Open Table amount. He provided excellent service. But a restaurant that does not know it is part of the Open Table reservation system? We were bemused

I love their tavern cut California Club pizza. That’s what I ordered with a glass of Jeramiah Red beer. Waiter was harried and anxious. Otherwise it was a good day.

The daily special was pizza @half price. We ordered the tavern pizza, a very thin crust pizza with smoked chicken, bacon, avocado and it was super! Then we proceeded into happy hour and ordered their ribs & spicy salad @$6. The ribs were delicious but the salad was way too spicy - as if a bottle of Tabasco was used for the dressing. Waiter needs to make eye contact with his tables because it took awhile before he acknowledged us when we had questions. However, I'll go again to BJ's.

Good food, but service is lacking. Even with a reservation and open tables there can be a 20 minute wait. Servers also get the orders wrong, but they have a good attitude and are friendly.

Awesome! Really loved the handcrafted cocktails, and the pasta was great. Boyfriend liked the beer selection. Major shoutout to our great server, Stephanie, who was really swift and funny and attentive. I kinda wished she had some break time so she could sit and have a drink with us, she was great. One item was slightly overcooked, but we know that wasn't her fault -- it was getting busier as people filed in for playoff games. Decided to try this place after going to a movie at the nearby cinema, and would definitely visit again sometime.

Fun place with a huge selection from prime rib to pizza and more. Great clam chowder peanut sauce pasta. Chicken Alfredo however was terrible.
