Made a 7:30 reservation waited til 8:15 to finally get seated. they were understaffed and overbooked. When food arrived took 15 minutes to get condiments and no refills on drinks were available. Asked server at another table for drinks and was told that my table was not his.

Almost all the time, the time of reservation booked with open table is honored and they seat you right away. Last night, we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated while many tables were open with no one sitting there. The server was doing a good job until the end where he failed to clear the table before he brought the bill.

Long service inexperienced server took to long to get our orders and it was less than warm bouzouki’s took forever to get the ice cream was half melted our family came here monthly for years it stops today!

The small plates were dirty. They looked like they had not been washed or had been grabbed from a dirty stack. It was very disgusting, and we had a child at our table.
