   Me and my friends went here after prom and the service was amazing! We had a reservation at 9:30 and didn’t have to wait at all! Our waiter was amazing and both her and her manager came over to show off our dresses! The food was perfect too and overall a 10/10 experience!

   We took our daughter for her 13th birthday. I asked the hostess to inform our waitress to bring her a surprise dessert with a candle, at the end of our dinner. The hostess confirmed that she did. There were 7 of us. When the food was serve, we noticed that even though 4 of us ordered dinners with fries, she did not bring nor offer ketchup. She did not offer any sauce for the steak. She also brought my son a coke instead of the sprite he ordered. And worst of all, my chicken fettuccine Alfredo was served without the chicken. When I told the waitress, she stated she would take care of it. I though she would bring another plate so that it would all be the same temperature. Instead she brought a piece of chicken on a separate plate. At the end of the dinner she asked if anyone would like dessert. I signaled her to get the dessert with the candle for my daughter but she was not understanding. I finally had to tell her to bring dessert to the birthday girl, ruining the surprise. She seemed to have no knowledge of this as assured by the hostess. Not only was our dining experience unpleasant, but our daughters birthday dinner surprise was ruined. I do not recommend BJs for any family special celebration/occasion!

   Our waitress brought out our appetizer and we noticed a hair on it, we told her and she laughed at us and walked away. Our food came out and we didn’t touch anything but our drinks we had gotten first. We spoke to a manager and he accepted us leaving without paying for anything. The food looked good other than the hair, the service from the waitress was poor but the manager took care of us as we wanted. I would consider eating at BJ’s in the future but likely not this location. A disappointing and unsettling experience for sure.

   I've never had an issue with BJs but during this particular visit it was disappointed after disappointment. A sandwich was served soggy at the bottom as if it was sitting for a while. Two steaks were served about 20+ minutes after the rest of the meal was severed and were way under done. One person's meal was forgotten and she was waiting about 20+ minutes after everyone else got their food. Chicken tenders looked undone. The manager did remove some items off of the bill but the experience was a waste of our time and money overall. Never going again as a group to this restaurant.

   Prime rib is a waste of ur money don’t get it. It’s like rubber and i’ve been chewing for days now
