I love the BJs franchise overall. They have a variety of menu options and the food is really good. I took away a few stars in my rating because during my recent visit, the restaurant was practically empty. However, it took a while for our drinks, order to be taken, and food to arrive. This will be understandable on a busy day, but it was mid-afternoon and we were surrounded by empty tables. I was in a party of 3.

Even with reservations, it took 45 minutes to be seated even though every party that came after us got seated.

My salmon meal was cooked to perfection. I had some special requests due to food allergies, and they were addressed. My partner’s prime rib was more fatty than usual and his Caprese salad had tons of greens and onions which aren’t supposed to be in that type of salad.

Some in our group had prime rib and said it was the best! The brussel sprouts were delicious. Our server, Leah, was delightful and super attentive.

It took 45 minutes to get our food. The restaurant was not crowed. There were plenty of empty tables.

The service was reallly good, the food wasn’t over the top good. I feel like everything could’ve had a little more flavor and spice to it. But overall everything was cooked fine.

We made reservations for 5:30 PM arrived about 15 minutes early and was seated right away. Our server appeared a minute later and it was on from there, we ordered cocktails from the bar which made it to the table at a decent time (they were delicious). I ordered an appetizer (sriracha queso and chips) let me just say I did not taste any sriracha so she brought me some on the side I added it to the queso (huge mistake) we had to re- order the appetizer in order to enjoy it. I also ordered the mozzarella and tomato basil salad which was amazing…my husband ordered the Ceasar salad (equally amazing) now let’s get to the main entrees…I ordered the Italian chicken parmigiana ( the cutlets were tough and bland so was the spaghetti it lacked any type of real flavor) My husband ordered his usual steak and veggies I should’ve followed suit but I just had to try the pasta dish big disappointment. Toward the end of dinner I ordered the same cocktail and the waitress forgot to put in the order so that took quite a bit of time to come back to the table. On the up side to pay the bill you can scan the QR code on the check and pay online, I loved that feature. Overall ranking my experience 1 out of 10 with ten being the highest I’d rate it a 5 not perfect but half way there. Would I recommend to friends (yes) go, eat, and have your own experience judge for yourself! Enjoy
