   I have visited BJ’s in the past, but I’m not sure what went wrong this time. My experience was terrible. The appetizers arrived very late, our drinks were not refilled, and the food was disappointing. My mother’s and my meals were cold and lacked seasoning. My brother and sister-in-law ordered a steak, which was also unseasoned and lukewarm. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

   Our food was cold, ribs were greasy, hamburger had not condiments. Server Justin did not check on us or offer refills, didn't check on our table, questioned we said something was wrong with our food or beverage. Very disappointing experience.

   We had a bad experience all around. Made reservations for 9 two days before at 6:30. Walked in 10 minutes early and checked in. Waited until almost 7 to be sat after I told the lady that 3 of our friends weren’t going to make it. We sat down, waitress took forever to order drinks. Finally got drinks. The waitress was MIA all night. I ordered the Mac n cheese and couscous bites and my friends ordered the chips and dip app. My app of fried food came out first and then the chips and came out 10 minutes later. The spinach artichoke dip looked like it had been sitting for awhile as the top was chilled over and looked like it was overcooked on top. We asked the waitress about some of the seasoning that was stuck in the corner of dish and she was snobby. Said it was artichoke dip.. no duh.. what was all the brown crap in the corner of the dish. We got it replaced. We finally tracked out waitress down to order 2 out of 6 people ordered when we got to the third. She wanted the steak at medium rare and she told her she couldn’t do that. The best she could do was medium. My friend called her out for her attitude and said she was being rude(her tone was awful). The waitress replied that my friend was rude too. We decided to not order, asked to close out and got the manager. The manager got us a new waiter and refunded our apps. The second waiter was better.

   We didn’t get seated till 40 min after our reservation time and had an event to attend so it was pretty rushed dinner.

    Family of 9, was able to be seated a few minutes before reservation time since the staff had already put our table together. Extremely friendly and attentive staff. Second birthday this year that we have celebrated here due to the service and attitude of the staff. Will definitely be back soon.
