BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse - North Olmsted

The food was just ok. The portions were small for the price. Waitress was friendly but not very attentive.

Food was good, not great. Ribs were dry, Calamari cooked in oil that should have probably been fresh. Brownie dessert was excellent. For a very busy Saturday, food came out at a great pace.

Will definitely go back. Food and service were good.

There needs to be more social distance we had a table of 4 right behind our table and having that class isn’t enough they were getting up and walking and talking by us My date had to complain about the messy bathroom and lack of toilet paper

First time ever visiting this restaurant, but have driven by many times. With reservations, we were seated immediately, and our server was attentive and personable.

While we did not choose to drink any adult beverages, the list was quite impressive. The food was tasty, and even priced reasonably. My wife and I will definitely return.

We did not have a good experience. I reviewed the restaurant on line and they contacted me to compensate for experience. Impressed with general manager. We will be returning.

We brought our friends here for their 53rd anniversary. They ordered the pasta with shrimp and the pork chop. They said it was very good. The beef sliders were very good. The Caesar salad excellent. My wife and I ordered the power bowl with shrimp and the shrimp was overcooked and the lemon thyme chicken was too lemony and the chicken was not quality. I'd rather spend a little more on quality. We didn't want to reorder and hold things up and it probably wouldn't have mattered. We will probably only come for lunch now since the turkey burger is excellent.

Wonderful food. Restaurant was “freezing” when we sat down and Manager went out of his way to try to rectify the situation...which he did!

While I love Bjs brew house, I was a little disappointed on the mask wearing- all employees had them on, but they seemed to pick and chose who they made put one on. When the restaurant was empty and we showed up for our reservation, someone in our party was asked to put one on, while we stood there (wouldn’t help us until it was on) same person, moments later let multiple groups come in without a mask. It was a little annoying. The food is great, but seems as the prices have gone up.

We had a very tasty dinner at this BJs and we were able to visit with family without pressure to leave for over 2 hours. Had a great time. Service was tremendous and she was on top of appetizers, drinks and our dinners. Always great menu selections and quality food and service at BJs.

My first visit to your restaurant. I appreciate that you have vegan options available as not enough restaurants do. The food was delicious and our waitress was wonderful too - very friendly.
I’m sure we’ll be back!

It was super loud in the restaurant and super busy. We had to ask our waitress for utensils and for some reason she keep dropping off a glass of ice on our table only to turn around and pick it back up and take it with her when she walked back by. The food was really good though. I’ll definitely go back, but not on a weekend.

We were seated quicky and right on time of our reservation.. food was excellent and served hot and fast ... Highly recommended!!!

We made reservations on Opentable 2 hrs before actually going.Our group arrives at 6:20ish and the hostess says she doesn’t see our reservations and that there will be a wait, I pull up the confirmation and all of a sudden “OHHHH HERE YOU ARE” is said. We still didn’t get seating until 7-7:30ish and then we are greeted for drinks, give drink orders and we wait and wait and WAITTTTT. Finally get our drinks but then the waitress leaves instead of taking orders she walks off. 20 minutes later she finally comes back to the table takes our orders and puts them in .. 20-25minutes later food is up but is far from fresh, it’s Luke warm and has definitely been seating awhile under the lights. In total we were there for almost 3 1/2 hours.. HORRIBLE SERVICE ALL AROUND

Alfredo was dry and warm not hot
Sandwich was cold
Fries were warm at best

What’s the point of making a reservation when they “check you in” but take everyone in order of arrival? We had to wait for a table.

As we were leaving we were waiting for our Uber. We were talking to another patron who had a reservation but was told she’d have to wait an hour. She was livid and was heading elsewhere.

Do they not understand the concept of a reservation?

Never been there before and will never go back. High calories and salt content. Might be a good place to have a drink with friends but I will never go there to eat again.

Love the variety of food on the menu. Everything that I have had has been delicious. And, you get a lot of food-no one should every leave hungry.

Great hosts, beautiful ambiance, amazing deserts, my wife’s food was amazing but my dish was a bit over cooked but the waitresses were amazing and customer service was great. I would recommend hands down this restaurant.

I can not believe the size of their menu! I loved all the different vegetable entrees that they had. We will definitely be back.

When we arrived at 5:55pm for a 6 O’clock reservation, we were told it would be a 30-40 wait. I was told a reservation made through Open Table just jumps you up in line. It doesn’t guarantee a table. Had we left and gone somewhere else, we would have had to wait again so we waited. We were seated at 6:35 and our poor server was well into a double shift and the restaurant was very under staffed. We did not get our meals until after 7:30. Our server did the best she could. I now know, BJ’s really doesn’t take reservations and I probably won’t go back.

Too noisy - you need to cut down on the noise - consult a sound engineer. Really, there needs to be dampening of noise through use of sound-absorbing materials.
Our waitress, Ali, was excellent! The food was excellent - well-prepared and served hot. Our wait time after ordering was very reasonable - I was pleasantly surprised that the food arrived so quickly.
We had a table reservation and arrived early. Although we had a reservation and other people were being seated, our table was not ready until a few minutes AFTER our scheduled time.
Your staff at the hostess station conducted business in an efficient manner; however, would it hurt them to smile at the guests who are arriving to spend money here ? Their passive, non-reactive faces and demeanor need a warm-up course in hospitality.

I have been here on many occasions and picked the restaurant as it was my birthday. I'm formly from Ca and have been going to Bjs for years in Roseville Ca.

My friends family was with us on my birthday. Everything was ok up to the point of ordering the food. The appetizer was chicken nachos had maybe 6 pieces of cubed chicken rest was other items on it. Then we ordered the main course my buddy and I ordered the brisket bacon burger I have everything as it comes he is allergic to onions. Now when we send the food back we always put a marker on the item, being g a chef I have learned to do that. They took the sandwhich and barely 3 mins later out she comes with the new sandwhich..and she told us someone else ordered the exact same ans it was perfect timing..any way long story short it was the same sandwhich with the onions pulled off. We know because we marked the bun. A few minutes later there was dog hair on our ranch sauce dressing..when we told her she offered free desserts we were full? Not good at all.

Awesome food selection, great service, call ahead seating, great portions for the price

This restaurant is amazing because you can order just about anything from ribs to Seafood to a pot pie

Our server was great. My issue is that we were not seated until 15 minutes after our reservation. It was the same the last time we reserved on Open Table. I can understand 5 minutes, but not 15.

Food was good, but the portion size was a bit small. I ordered a grilled chicken salad, and it was a lit smaller than what I receive at other restaurants. It was still delicious, though!

They accommodated our last minute party of 12 for my mothers birthday since they were not too busy so that was pretty awesome!
Food was very good and two orders were wrong but exchanged for the right orders.
Pazookies are amazing!!!!!
