   This is a good BJs. The food was good and our server, who seemed somewhat new, obviously wanted our experience to be a good one. My wife said the greens on her salad could have been fresher (as compared to another local restaurant we were at the day before), but she did eat them. We were seated quickly and BJs always seems to be extra attentive to our OpenTable reservation. All in all, a decent experience.

   Overall, This was a good experience. Our waitress was brand new and they were definitely very understaffed. It made the wait time long for food and drinks and any returns to the table or rare. Having said this, she was doing a great job. Just had too many tables I think

   If you don't have a smart phone ordering is difficult. No printed menues available. Server was helpful under circumstances. Many options shown on website were not available.

    BJ's is one of my favorite restaurants to go to. My girlfriend and I make it there for everything like our birthdas, anniversaries, and even just a lil date night out here. The service is great the food is even better I'd recommend this restaurant to any and everybody I can like I been doing anyway lol.

    Good experience. Appetizer wasn't hot enough, but they corrected it immediately. Waiter was busy but attentive. Will go back again.

    Dinner with my mom way amazing! Nicholas was great on the patio tonight. (Sept 26) this was my second time having him as a server. I wasn’t disappointed then and I surely am not now!❤️

    During Covid19 times I think BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse is doing a fantastic job of keeping social distancing standards with out compromising the service and food. The food was great and service was great.

    The food and drink selections never disappoint! Service was spot on. The restaurant was clean and distancing and masks were present. We felt very relaxed and safe. We will be back!

    I normally love BJs. We went twice in a week this week. However last night our server was rude. I was conducting a business meeting while we were eating. She rushed us. Then our shrimp and quinoa bowls were luke warm and half the shrimp was under cooked. I have had other great experiences so we will return again but hopefully this doesn’t happen again. It was my clients first time there and i doubt she will return.

    Made a reservation on open table for 730pm. We weren’t seated until 740pm. Service was ok. Food was good however our waitress never brought over water and seemed distracted needing more than one reminder that we needed something or we’re waiting on something.

    Our service was excellent and the salmon was delicious! Restaurant was very crowded so noise level was higher than desired but we had a great time and enjoyed our meal.

    This was our second visit and you are my new favorite restaurant. There are lots of healthy options that suit my diet restrictions. I had the kale and roasted Brussels sprout salad with the blackened salmon. It was great. My husband really enjoyed the fish and chips too. I love the zucchini straws, they are amazing! The beer selection is great. I love the nutty brunette and my husband and I both liked the red one that I can't remember the proper name of. The gluten free pazookie was delicious. The servers seemed a bit over extended this past Saturday but Angela still did a good job. It's a bit noisy and hard to have conversations without talking extra loud. All in all we really love BJ's Brewhouse.

    We really do enjoy it here. The staff is very nice and service is usually excellent. The cost is just a bit high for what you get but if you value good service above all, they seem to have things pretty tight here.

    We were there for my 14 year old daughters birthday party for a party of 12. We were seated fast but they only had one waitress for our large party and the poor girl had a hand full of other tables to wait on also so we had very very slow service on drink refills or more drink orders for the adults . I do not blame our waitress she was running as fast as she could trying to help us I really think a manager should have helped her by giving her a little help for our large party or stepped in to help her out. Half our orders came out messed up salads missing the chicken added to them side dishes cold and a couple orders totally wrong but after a very very long wait to get our food delivered to the table people just kept the wrong orders and people had eaten half their salad before their grilled did make it to them . Then we were served desert and they still had not cleaned off our plates from our meals or any of the few glasses from refills we did get the ladies bringing out the food just handed out the desert and the kids had to move plates around to try and make room to eat desert till I spoke up and said could you please remove the dirty plates so they have room to eat . I then was given dirty looks be the two lady's that had brought out the deserts . I mean a bill for 12 people eating dinner and desert and no one was ordering off the kids menu I was spending a good amount of money and expected better than what was received tonight . I did talk to our waitress and tell her thank you for doing the best she could for being left alone with our big party plus a full section to take care of on top of it.

    We've been to other locations. This one is very loud, waited almost 20 minutes to be seated for my "reservation" "because we're waiting for enough wait staff to arrive to seat you." Food was good, but salads were waaaay over dressed. Whomever made them that evening definitely had a heavy hand with the dressing. Since mine was the main entree, I left disappointed. And although the restaurant is a standard BJ's cookie-cutter layout, the noise seemed to carry and bounce around way more than other locations. I suppose it could have been the 50-75 people packed into the lobby waiting to be seated. On a brighter side, there is a good selection of beers with a nice color chart on the back of the menu. Helped those less familiar to pick what they wanted. And beer was very tasty. Not a total failure, but definitely was lacking in a complete package.

    Everything was great for my mom's surprise birthday on Friday. Out of everything from specific details and getting the kids food out prior, it was great; however the adult plates took about 45 min to an hour that by the time it came out we were ready to leave. I think the server knew the table next to us because she kept talking with them... BUT as soon as she saw my wave or gesture she came right over. Almost like she was new? However the food was amazing!
