   We went on Christmas Eve…loved that they took reservations and seated us immediately! Our server Kobee was terrific, food was delicious! Will definitely return!

   It was crowded, but because we used open table, they showed us right to a table! Food was good and service was excellent!

   We were celebrating my friend’s birthday. We had a reservation and we were seated with no wait time. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive and got our drinks out to us fairly quickly and took our orders. Food was delicious and so were the desserts. The manager, John Mark, come by our table not once, but twice and was very personable. We enjoyed our dinner and will return.

    BJ restaurants always have a consistently good food. They have a great menu with a lot of variety, which is great when you have a large group. The beer choices are very good. I would definitely come back again.

    Male hostess was not personable or friendly. Waiter did not know the menu and could not answer simple questions. Happy hour only applies to the bar and patio seating. That is completely asinine. We were not even offered a choice. Gets a three because of the food and decor. Won’t be back.

    Our service was so slow last night. We went to celebrate a friend's birthday, and the experience was sub-par. My friend's chicken on her alfredo wasn't cooked all the way. Our server was almost non existent the entire time. It took us almost 25 minutes to even get to order. I've been a couple of times and never had these issues. I may try again in the future just to see if it was a fluke.

    BJ’s is always fun. It’s a good place to come for whatever mood you’re in or looking for. The food is always top. If you go to BJ’s and don’t get a pizookie, then you’re missing out.

    I think they were short handed! We never received our appetizer nor did she refill our drinks. Of course they removed the egg rolls, but that was one of my favorite things to eat there

    We love BJ’s! My only complaint is that it is too dark at some tables and booths. This has happened to us twice there. Food is very good, especially Pazoozi’s for dessert!

    It was my daughter’s birthday. She wanted to go here.I ordered the bone-in pork chop and was supper impressed with it. I’ve never ordered pork chops from a restaurant and it did not disappoint. My daughter ordered the Enlightened Spicy Peanut Chicken with Soba noodles. Her favorite. I tried it and thought it tasted to pad thai for reference. They gave us a free dessert for the occasion and the service was excellent. The manger stopped by to with her happy birthday.

    The food and setting were great. I love the environment and waiters were nice. The downside is I was up charged for a greater portion of food (without knowing) although it was not what I ordered and when I asked about it, they said my card would be charged the same.

    We have eaten at a number of BJ's around Texas and have never had a bad experience...until now. The evening started with a half full restaurant but with a 45 min wait. My guess is they are short staffed. We saw on the website that there was a M-F happy hour so we bellied up to the bar and asked what was on HH. The bartender informed us there was no HH on Friday. I asked him to look again and he discovered that it was indeed happy hour. We decided to order the spinach & artichoke app to give us something to munch on until our table was ready. When the dish came out, one small side of the dip was warm and the rest was cold. It had to be sent back. We closed our tab out at the bar and headed to our table. Once sat, things seemed to return to normal and we were greeted by our server and placed our order. Then the adventure began. Of our party of 6, three of our meals came out. One of which was my "loaded" nachos. The dish had clearly been prepared first and had been sitting under the heat lamp waiting for the rest of our entrees to be finished. When the nachos arrived, there were exactly 6 small square pieces of chicken on the dish. The queso was warm on one side and cold on the other (another heat lamp issue most likely). I sent it back. I was told the kitchen manager was "on it" and a replacement would be out very shortly. Once our entire party finished eating, the replacement nachos finally arrived. This time, the chips had been burnt due on one side. This is when we stopped seeing our server. Finally flagged down a manger and he offered to comp the dish and free desert. We order the pazookie trio and it came out raw. Needless to say, I couldn't find our server to pay out and just leave as I'm sure he was embarrassed by his lack of service combined with the terrible kitchen work and the lackluster addressing of the situation from the manager. We warned those waiting for their tables as we left. I would avoid until they fix their issues.

    No mention of the Birthday girl, so some disappointment with that. But also, my daughter was in a high chair at the head of the table and we were constantly having to make sure hot items, the large pizza, and full glass drinks, were moved quickly, as they were placed right in front of her as if she just didn’t exist. Very strange.

    I am a amputee on crutches....They took my crutches and placed them where I couldn’t get them so no one would trip over them....Inconsiderate since I couldn’t get up to us the bathroom and couldn’t get anyone’s attention....Prices are extreme for what you get and the music is so loud you can’t talk to your dinner companion....
