We arrived for our 7:00 reservation and it looked like 25% of the tables were open. The host told us it would be a 10 to 15 minute wait. We told him we had a reservation and asked if they were going to honor it especially since there were so many open tables? He told us they didn’t want to stress the servers so we would have to wait. As we sat there waiting we noticed he told the same thing to everyone that walked in the door. We were finally seated 15 minutes after our reservation time. The server was fine and the food was OK except they were out of my first choice entree. This was our first time there and our experience didn’t leave us wanting to go back.
The altantic salmon was excelent,my beer of choice was a Nutty brewnette it was and excelent dark beer. Our waiter was fantastic. And the salted carmel pizookie was to die for.

Waitress Lindsay is phenomenal. Thisbis my second time to eat at BJs. Food not as good as before. The fries were not hot. Oir table also ordered baked Ziti which was also served warm. I ordered the baked ziti on my first visit and it was amazing. Prices are a little on the high side but worth it if the meal is great not if it's just okay. This visit was just okay
Food took along time to come out. The food was sub par. Double Pork Chop was extremely dry. Steak had an increased amount of fat. Asparagus was skinny/small. Never seen it so skinny before. Baked potato was burned. Sent it back. Was almost finished with steak by the time it came out. I had to ask what was taking so long. Asked for steak sauce. Took forever to get it. Then the bottle was almost empty. Had to ask for another bottle. Took forever to get it. An overall bad experience. The server asked “how was it?” And I shared the above. She knew. She did apologize for it taking so long to get baked potato. Asked if I wanted her to speak with manager. I told her that was the right thing for her to do. Manager came over. He didn’t treat us like a customer he’d like to come back. We never asked for a refund or discount. He seemed as if he was waiting on us to ask. That was not the intent. I had already given the server my Card. I just wanted to let them know so they could improve. Manager stepped away and came back with revised bill that included small discount. Very small. We paid the bill and RAN out. We like to give restaurants chances so I won’t say I will never go back but I will say that It will be a long time and I will not be able to recommend at this time.
Service was good. Check was wrong but quickly corrected. Will come back.
Our server Seth was great. However, the chandler over the table created problems for the server and a hygiene issue. When he hit his head on it dust fell off into food dishes.
The hickory burger meat was tough, dry and almost inedible. I’ll never eat a burger there again.
We made a reservation but still had to wait 20 min when we arrived.
I liked the place overall and will give it another shot.
Good service, but waitress entered my meal in wrong and my food came 10 minutes late
After arriving, the hostess wasn’t very kind. Tried to sit at a larger table and hostess refused. When ordering food, found out that they were out of fries, we were there for $10 burger and all-you-can-eat fries. Asked if we could substitute another side for fries and we weren’t allowed. Manager refused to come speak to us. Other manager was going to Walmart to buy fries (frozen perhaps?). Beer was good and server was very polite about situation. Did not stay for entree.
I ordered the salmon and a side of Brussels sprouts and was very pleased with my meal. The waiter was very patient.
The chips that came with my appetizer were super stale though. In my Open-table reservation I specifically said I didn’t want to sit near the bathroom and the hostess took me right next to the bathroom and I had to ask her to seat me elsewhere.
Arrived 10 minutes early and was promptly seated which is the last good thing that happened to us. Our server struggled to operate the tablet she used to enter our order and was clearly not very familiar with the menu. Then the waiting began, almost an hour and a half later we finally got our order. The pork was dry, the chicken luke warm, and my mashed potatoes had a crispy outer layer from sitting under heat lights for too long. We asked for the manager and she said that they had run out of chopped lettuce and that was what delayed our order. She did give us the salad my wife ordered for free and apologized. We won’t be going back because I just felt like I was at Chili’s except a Chili’s that was slow and overpriced. Move on to another option Open Table diners. We won’t be back.
