Not sure what occurred but it took about 40 minutes to get my second beer and my water was empty as well so I had nothing to drink. My wife ordered the Mediterranean bowl and said it was very dry. My great white mini pizza was delicious but would have been better if it was hot - all the toppings were cold by the time I received the pizza. It’s unfortunate because we really enjoyed our previous experiences.

Our food was delicious, as usual. And Ashton, our server, is quite an asset to BJ’s. He is capable, fast and very friendly. Will def be back!!

We were picking up a friend at RSW so we stopped at BJs for dinner ahead of their arrival time. $12 burger special for the win! Perfectly cooked with great flavors. Service was prompt and attentive. We will be back when in the area.

We had a fantastic waitress. I have celiac disease, and she took the time to ask the kitchen staff specific questions to my needs in order for me to make a decision on my meal. She was absolutely amazing. As for the restaurant itself, it had a very chill vibe. It wasn't too loud. The restroom was clean, and the restaurant was overall pretty clean.

Our group of 6 enjoyed our food but had a hard time hearing each other talk. The waiter hit the wrong button for one dinner dish, meaning that it took a long time for the correct dish to arrive. At least they didn’t charge him for his dinner.
