Loved the food here -- many healthy but unique and inventive options. I even asked for a recipe for the Turmeric Cauliflower appetizer/side and the kitchen was only too willing to oblige. We ate here three times during a four day stay in the area!
Food was delicious. The lunch specials are a good value and very tasty.
BJs is a hidden gem. It has something on their menu to accommodate all tastes. Great beer selection as well.
Another great meal! Good is food and service. We will be back with our friends that we introduced to BJ’s.
Our experience was good. Our waitress was excellent. I was a little apprehensive about how close we were to other diners.
Great beer options
Great servers
The service isn’t very good at this location ever. This time they brought out out food before our salads and then we had to juggle it all because it was out at one time. We come for the pork chops because they are so good. They sell out early and have been there several times before 6pm and they were sold out. We came at 5pm this time and they only had 4 left. So we each got one. BJs should be able to prepare better. Especially since the pork chops are such a hot item.
Maria our server was excellent !
Everything was wonderful. The table next to us was a bit close and we were not comfortable on the high top but they were so gracious to let us keep our reservation even though we were 30 mins so I didn’t say anything. Food was great and the menu scan was so smart. We love BJS!
I ordered the jalapeño burger. It is always wonderful, and it was good this time, but not spicy like it has been in the past.
Food was fair. Tri tip dry. Mashed potatoes thick and dry. Monkey bread on the dry side also
Prime rib very fatty
Our waitress (Kay) i assume was new as she was slow getting back to us on everything
Nice brew pub environment, social distancing and efforts to comply with COVID regulations was excellent. Service was non inspiring and the food was mediocre, cold and soggy calamari which was taken off the bill and an Ahi Tuna just plain horrible. This par level could be a sign of the times, not much traffic probably results in an underpaid under achieving wait staff. Not a great visit, will really have to evaluate is it worth another visit
Had a great meal for our first night out since pandemic, food was very good, nice to get out to one of my favorite places!!
Nice to get out and enjoy a meal at BJs. Service was good, food was delicious!
Even though OpenTable allowed me to make a reservation at this restaurant was not open
The waiter was very attentive. Perhaps consider giving him a raise.
Usually, both service and food are excellent at BJ. Tonight, I’m not sure if they were busier then usual but everything took longer then expected. Getting a drink refill took about 30min and it appeared to have been made quickly and sat as the ice was almost completely melted. No offers for refills for my families drinks until we were ready to leave. My dish was less than warm and cold in spots. My dish, looked nothing like the picture. Again, I frequent BJ and generally everything is great but tonight as an exception. I’ll continue to frequent BJ and hope this was just an off night.
We have enjoyed good food and efficient service at BJ’s (Ft. Myers and Orlando) for many years. However, our visits over the past 5 or 6 months have been noticeably below the historical BJ’s high standards.
The servers are not as well trained, and not familiar with the menu items. Last Friday evening the salad did not taste fresh. Last two visits the food is delivered warm, but not hot. Orders come incomplete, and the warm food tends to cool toward room temperature by the time the missing food selections are delivered to the table. Meanwhile the others in our party are mid way through dinner by the time the last person’s dinner is complete and they start eating.
Obtaining loyalty points is not always automatic. I have had to go on line to try to get the missed points, and when they didn’t work, I had to talk to a manager.
All in all, some disappointing experiences. Before Christmas we purchased $300 in gift cards. We are hoping we do not regret the confidence in BJ’s that our gift card purchase was based on.

Our food came out cold. We told staff it was cold. They redid order and all our meals were cold again when they arrived. No manager came to apologize. We had to ask to speak with manager to let them know. We have eaten here many times and have not had this happen before. They need to fix whatever changed. Disappointed
We live giving here. However TURN THE LIGHTS UP! Way to dark even the waiter agreed. Come on it’s crazy way to dark in here. It’s not a romantic red by any means!
There was 6 of us. Two loved their meal, two said it was "ok", two were disappointed. Both salads were disappointing. Fish and chips and spicy burger were good. Desserts are great.
The restaurant was extremely busy but we were seated at exactly the time we were supposed to be. Great job B J’s!
Upon arrival, on Time, I was told it would be at least a 20 minute wait. I understand a slight delay, but expected, with a reservation, a first available table for four. People were leaving, tables being cleared, I should have been seated at the next available. When I complained, we were seated almost immediately.
I generally am not a complainer, but when BJ’s offered reservations I took advantaged. I have been to this BJ’s numerous time not knowing reservations were offered. With guest from out of town I tried the service.
I will continue to frequent this location, reservation or not. Thank you for listening.
Power bowl and pork chop were very good but the Brussel sprouts were mush. Server didn’t smile and we felt rushed.
My wife and I enjoy BJ's a good deal in our winter home in Florida as well as our summer home in Pennsylvania. However, we feel the food at the BJ's in Pennsylvania is better much of the time compared to the BJ's in Florida. The food is "uneven" in Florida. That is, sometimes it is very good, yet other times it isn't, or it's cold, or tastes old. During our past visit, our soup was tasty and hot. My wife ordered the gluten free pizza with no cheese (she is also dairy free). She asked that they put more sauce on and asked for mushrooms instead of cheese. We feel that if they aren't putting on the cheese, than mushrooms should take the place of cheese at no additional cost since cheese is more expensive than mushrooms. (They usually charge her for the mushrooms at first, and after we mention this to the waitress, the manager comes out he/she takes off the cost of the mushrooms.) Anyway, on this visit instead of extra sauce, it looked like they dribbled very little sauce on the pizza with a spoon. There were mushrooms, but they were sparse as well. We asked for more sauce and the waitress brought out two small containers of sauce. Both containers of sauce were cold. My wife ate the pizza and sauce, anyway, because we didn't want to wait any longer for warm sauce. My turkey club sandwich was okay at best as the turkey didn't taste fresh. The accompanying mash potatoes were tasty and hot. My point again is this problem with the food happens more often in Florida. Not just with the pizza, but with other dinners/food, as well. Since we go to BJ's often in both locations, and belong to their dinner's club, we are disappointed when something like this happens. Often when we complain, they will make it "right" by comping part of our food tab, but I would rather have good, fresh tasting food in the first place and not have to complain about it later.
Our waiter Dante was professional and attentive. We enjoyed our food and the entire experience at BJ's
It was extremely busy. Thankfully we had a reservation! The menu is extensive which made us worry that our entrees were not going to be good. Everything was fresh and very well prepared and presented. everyone really enjoyed what they ordered.
Server not to friendly. Did not clear table. Food was good. Most staff friendly. All efficient
Food and service is great
The prices seem to be higher than we remember from our Columbus Ohio experiences. Seemed high in price for the amount of food.
This is similar to an upscale sports bar. The tables and booths are more spread out and the menu has many more quality selections at a fair price.
Always good food and servicr
My wife and I frequent BJ's in Fort Myers, Florida and Pittsburgh, PA. We had a good meal on New Year's Eve in Florida. My wife had the grilled chicken salad and a cup of soup as an appetizer. I had a small order of ribs as my appetizer. They were tasty. I enjoyed a medium, deep-dish, pizza for my main course. The pizza was enjoyable, as well. Our waiter, Dustin, we very efficient, well-mannered, and observant to our special requests (my wife has many allergies and Dustin made sure her food was prepared properly). As a footnote: My wife had gone to BJ's (in Florida) in November for lunch with two friends. They all had the soup and salad. However, their soup was tepid at best. When they told the waitress about this, she explained that they were having problems with the pots which heat their soup. This continued throughout their lunch whenever they would ask for more soup and for it to be hotter. When she reported this on an Open Table review, the manager from BJ's notified her via e-mail and told her to ask for him the next time she came into this BJ's location and he would "make matters right." So, 6 weeks later, upon our return to Florida, we asked for the manager, David. He came to our table, apologized, made no excuses, and he "made matters right." We don't have problems at BJ's often, but occasionally we have a complaint or concern. The management never fails to remedy the problem/concern, and in most cases, they offer a free drink/dessert/part of the meal is comped, etc. Besides having very good food, a great beer selection (my favorite), a huge menu, good service, and pleasant atmosphere, they make their diners feel like they are important and treat them accordingly. These are the many reasons my wife and I continue to go back to this restaurant.
The menus had different prices for the same items.
We had some outdated menus and some more recent.
Our waitress was definitely NOT knowledgeable.
We had to get items corrected on our bill because she entered them incorrectly.
No pork chops for the 2nd visit in a row! On a Monday night at 6! Guess we have to call ahead and ask!
Cold fries. Cheese on burger not melted. Service was great.
Love your restaurant. Been there many times, and will be back many times in the future as well!!!
Service is pleasant and friendly. The server however does not bring your food out from the kitchen. Our soup bowl arrived and then poof there were our meals before we had a chance to finish our soup. They took both entrees back to the kitchen to “stay warm”. When served, both entrees were barely warm. Tasty, but cool. The manager was understanding and apologized.
The server Daniel was outstanding! Funny, attentive, helpful. We were a party of six one child included. The food and drinks were great with the exception of the shrimp quinoa bowl which two of us ordered. Too much spinach and not enough quinoa. I sent my back and the manager took it off our bill which was nice. This was my second visit there and I’m sure I’ll be back in the future.
There were six of us there. All for the first time. Our server was great, efficient and friendly.
Meals were good, however would not recommend the Clam Chowder. We all said we would return.
