As expected, the food and service were superb. Our server (Jo) was exceptional with a great sense of humor and attentiveness. Why eat anywhere else?

Went there to celebrate my wife 60th birthday. The initial server took our drink order and we ordered appetizers. Shortly, after that, the servers changed where we waited for our appetizers. We watch people come in, order their meals,, and was served their dinner yet we were still waiting. We asked her server about our status and evidently our order was given to another table. We’ve been there several times and the lesson learned is to use the bar area not to be served. the second server was very good and should not be held accountable as he did try his best.

Food was 50/50 stake was dry and cold. Check was dry. We’ve had better. We got excellent service though which made up for poor food. Eric was attentive and a super host.

Oh all, it was a nice experience, but I feel that the food quality has gone down at least with the pizzas. Did not enjoy the white pizza, all bread very little flavor, but the appetizers were really good, the blue cheese wedge salad was great, but how can you mess that up unless you’re using a terrible bottle dressing.

I have been to BJ's several times. And I ordered salmon. However the salmon fillet was extremely small, and did not resemble the picture in the menu at all. And there was no dressing on the ahi salad and we actually had to request it. I understand BJ's can get busy, but shorting customers is not the right thing to do.

Friendly attentive staff. The manager was busy assisting his servers, delivering food and drink. The food was well seasoned and the meat was tender. Our server made sure everything was good and to our liking.

Service was very slow, no drink refills, when food arrived, nobody’s food was even warm, it was just such a long wait we didn’t want to send it back and even after we asked to get the check we still were left waiting 20 minutes before he brought the check over, just not a great experience coming from a place I genuinely enjoy

We had an incredible gluten free lunch to celebrate my sister’s birthday. The service was great. I reserved my table through open table. I got a text 10 minutes beforehand confirming my table and then at the time of our reservations , a text that said it was available. The service is great. The food was delicious. They had a separate gluten-free menu. They served a wonderful dessert to celebrate the birthday. I highly recommend BJ’s restaurant.

Awful service. Took forever to get drinks and then appetizers. Then server went on a break and we had nobody. Every person in our seven party got their food at a different time

Party of 3 arrived 10 minutes before time of reservation. Check in person said we would be seated in about 10 minutes and there was 1 party ahead of us. 17 minutes later I got a text that we would be seated soon and return to the host station. We went to the station and waited an additional 20 minutes until I went up to the host to find out what happened to our table. Her response was mumbled and said we would be seated soon. We ended up waiting about 45 minutes before we were seated.
