We arrived earlier than our reservation and were seated promptly. Our waitress was extremely accommodating and let us take our time to order. We sat outside and it was very comfortable. The friends we met had health issue, and they were very relieved that the social distancing was enforced. We had reservations for 4:30 p.m. and left at 7:00. We thoroughly enjoyed our service, food and the time we were given to be together.
So happy to be able to dine-in at BJ’s Brewhouse again—even with the new safety guidelines! Our server was wonderful, and quick, and the food was delicious(highly recommend the salmon and the deep-dish pizza)! We will definitely be coming back.
The waitress interrupted my lunch with my husband like 4 times and even asked to take my drink to go. I think to flirt with my husband. Felt hurried, and she was flirtatious with little giggles with spouse and over-attending to my husband. We will find a mother venue next time.
After driving over an hour to this particular location and then finding out the doors were locked and they were closed, I was really upset. I had made the reservation over a week ago and had made plans to meet up with a long time friend. We both drove from a long distance and were expecting to find an open restaurant. Nobody bothered or cared to call or text or in any way notify customers who made reservations for the restaurant. We have been long time very faithful customers of BJs and after this incident we are no longer inclined to return. I understand the current events and circumstances going on in our world but, employees were still inside and even greeted somebody at the door before us to tell them they closed. A quick glance at the reservations list and a mass email, text or something would have been nice. If I was local it would still bother me but I’m driving from over an hour away and wasted my evening and hired babysitters and all. We have even called to confirm earlier in the day that they were open and doing dine in seating which was confirmed. Extremely disappointed! We won’t return and will no longer make BJs a gathering place for our family and friends.
Meat (tri tip) was horribly tough and service a bit slow but great job on the social distancing and cleaning! We felt great being out and very safe in the establishment. Would just choose different entree in the future.
I can not wait for it to be open completely. I like it full.
Dining room way too COLD. Fortunately I had a long sleeve wrap and another patron sent their husband out for their hoodie. Other customers asked to be deleted outside where it was warmer It felt freezing cold. Had to send my soup back also to be reheated, as it was room temp when I got it.
Reopening after quarantine went pretty good. Hostess however forgot to give us paper menus, which server found when he asked us what we wanted to order. They are offering a modified paper menu. Servers have to get used to new norm of refilling drinks.
The Thursday rib special is still offered and tasty, however hoping they bring back their tritip soon.
One of my very favorite restaurants and so very happy that they now have dine-in service.

The Pi Day special was delicious. We split a pizza pie and then each had the unlimited soup and salad.
The waitress was a bit overwhelmed since there didn't seem to be enough staff on hand.

The prime rib was tasty, however it was at least 1/3 fat. Asparagus was overcooked and seasoned. Potatoes very tasty. Service was just average.
We had a very short wait to be seated, as the restaurant was full before 6 pm. Food and service was excellent and came quickly. Everyone we interacted with were friendly.

Wedge salad was delicious! The service was excellent. The noise level was very high so set your expectations accordingly.
We arrived early for our appointment, as the restaurant only accepts reservations on the hour and half hour, so we had to wait about 15 minutes. There were others also waiting in the lobby.

Thursday BBQ ribs and tri-tip special is great. Tonight however had an end piece with some fat and a little chewier than usual, but my son's piece was tender. Great server also and seated immediately. I did have a problem with a bonus gift card at $10, which should have been $25, for purchasing $100 in gift cards during the holidays. The manager, Robert took care of us, since I had my receipt from the purchase with me. We are regulars so will probably be back next week.
We've eaten at this BJs many times but have never had as bad of an experience as we did this time. We were seated relatively quickly and our server was very nice when we could find her. After we placed our order we waited for drink refills but she never came back before the food was served. When the food came out she came out with 2/7 dishes and said others would be right behind her with the rest of the food. The next person brought 3 dishes and then the last person brought 1 more but we were still missing one meal. After 10 minutes of not being able to find our server we finally tracked down another server and had him check on the food. Another 5 minutes later the last dish came out but by this time the rest of the party was close to finished with their meals. The food was good, however their process of not having the food come out together takes away from an enjoyable family meal. Then when it was time to pay the bill after it was dropped if we once again couldn't find the waitress to give her the check. After another 10 minutes we finally had to have someone get the manager so we could pay. The manager didn't seem to care about the lack of service either and didn't offer any real apology. From reading many recent reviews from open table and other sites it's clear the service has gone downhill, and unfortunately I'm not willing to go to a restaurant that doesn't want to provide good service so this will be our last trip to BJs.
Considering it was Christmas Eve, and kind of a mad house, overall experience was a 3.5 star. We would have been seated during our reservation time, but the hostess was trying to seat a family of 6 in a space for 5. Not gonna work. After we were seated, out waitress took our drink, but it took another 20+ minutes for her to come back to our table to take our order. Then we had to wait an additional time for the food to arrive, and most of the orders were missing. Overall, great location, I’m sure the service would have been better if for not the holidays, at least I hope.
Server was great. But no overall- kitchen and bar were super slow. Unfortunate.
The hostess did not listen to me multiple times when I noted I had requested a specific server. It not only was on the reservation, but I mentioned it to twice when checking in then again when seated. As I suspected, she said us in another server's section. The server understood and appropriately moved is and even fulfilled our drink order. Things went smoothly after that, however their asparagus was over grilled. We were seated immediately, great tasting food and great friendly service.

We were seated almost immediately even though the restaurant and bar were quite full, there was a table for two with the server I requested. Service was perfect with perfect timing of each course of food and friendliness. Thanks!
Some servers continue not to be able control timing of food and refilling drinks. Server disappeared for at least 10 min. Food came out before even receiving salads, so sent food back until we had salads, only to receive same food, though they said would remake, to it to be served cold. Sent it back for remade hot food. The server offered soup while food was being re-prepared, but then she forgot to bring out, offering no apologies. Manager did notice that there was a problem and came to table, however offered no compensation, which turned dining experience into a two hour event. I might note though we were seated immediately. Food is very tasty when served at correct temperature.
Make sure server does not leave table with your credit card. It is restaurants policy to run at the table.

Great spot for burgers and salads, wraps etc, that type of casual dining. First visit but have been back a second time already.
Service and food were fantastic. Enjoy the tri-tip and ribs. Very tasty and tender and enjoy that there is no upcharge for asparagus, like in other restaurants. We will be back.
