We waited an hour to be seated even with reservations (large group of 12 which is why i made reservations) once seated a few of our groups members didn’t get their meals until everyone was done eating and decided to take theirs to go. Our server was great but definitely needed assistance for the amount of tables they were serving.

It was frustrating that we made a reservation then when we arrived we were told it would be a “10 to 15, maybe 20 minute wait” and it was nearly 15 minutes. Also the bathroom was a mess.

When put at a booth, we asked if we could move to a table for the comfort of our guests, and the waited was horribly rude. I'm assuming it is because we started in her section, and to get a table, we ended up in someone else's section. When we thanked her, she practically stomped away... no answer. We had high hopes for our new waiter, but he took a long time in acknowledging us, a long time in getting our drinks, and a long time in taking our orders. I thought he may have been busy, but he had plenty of time to talk to the hostess and his fellow employees. When the food arrived, it was cold and subpar. He had to be asked to take away dirty dishes that we had stacked all over the table and asked to refill drinks.

BJ’s is reliable. The food comes relatively quickly, and is reasonable in quality. The prices, like all places, have shot up. It doesn’t feel like good value, but in a pinch it’s a decent stop.

Fantastic service! Made a reservation at 4pm on a busy Sunday and we're seated within 5 minutes of arriving which eas outstanding. Food was wonderful, the prime rib was delectable! Thanks for making this an enjoyable experience, we will definitely be back very soon!

The shrimp scampi was not good. They gave us like 4 shrimp per plate. They forgot the bread and burger was ok.

We were seated within 10 minutes, and our server, Grace, was the BEST! We beat the dinner crowd, but the place was still full. Our food came out so fast that I couldn't catch up, lol! We had too many plates on the table. The drinks were refreshing and very good. Overall, we enjoyed our time!
