   Great place for a group of 6 because they have a broad menu and take reservations. Our waiter was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Food and drinks were delicious!

   I ordered a mojito that came out completely wrong and then our meal came out in two groups, there was at least 5 minutes between the first group of people getting their food and the second group. Lastly we received the incorrect check. Not everyone got a water that we ordered and we were missing silverware.

   Last minute reservation on Valentine’s day. Had never been and the food was great, cozy environment. Our server Corey was amazing, super engaging and great recommendations for food and drinks, knows the menu very well. Drinks were refilled without having to ask, very attentive.

   My order was mixed up with my fathers and nothing in either of our meals was correct. Server only came to our table 2 times and took 45 minutes to cash us out.

   Our server tried his best to take care of us, but the restaurant was woefully understaffed, and all of our orders came out 15-20 minutes late. The food was mediocre.

   Our waiter was hustling and our order was right. However it took a really long time for the food to come out and all we had was a pizza and a burger. Other patrons were waiting a long time for their food as well. Daughter loved the Pizzokie.

   Our waitress was rude and we were there forever. Anything we asked for she acted like we were the biggest inconvenience ever and she would disappear for long periods of time.

   Gave me the wrong flavor of boneless wings then brought me back the exact same wings but tossed in the correct sauce. That's just not ok especially when I waited an extra 10 minutes for new wings and only half of my wings were new/fresh. I also waited 5 min for a straw for my drink. The waiter was great and really sweet though especially when they were under staffed.

    Our server was great. The restaurant however, had very slick floors which made it difficult to walk in the restaurant. The food was mediocre, and they were out of several items including their Prime Rib. Granted we were late dining; however, it was still very disappointing. Also, skip the Pizookie. They were underbaked and the vanilla ice cream came out mostly melted. It was not enjoyable at all. My wife and I are always willing to give any restaurant the benefit of the doubt, but we do now understand the rating given.
