Salmon dishes, child burgers, and steak and chicken dinners were very good. Rib were fatty and bland. French fries limpy. Beer flight had little taste. Margaritas were great.
I ordered the classic burger with fries. My husband ordered the same thing. Mine was well done his was meduim well. We received the wrong burger and had to switch. My fries were cold and the appetizer we ordered was the loaded potato skins which were luke warm. The service over all was friendly and attentive but the food is REALLY OVERPRICED!!! My appetizer was $12 and my burger was the same price. Probably will not return.
Service was awful. We waited almost half an hour and nobody even asked for water. We had to wait to be seated even after having a reservation and arriving on time.
Wedge salad came with 2 small and I mean small chips of bacon on it. Had to ask for more salad dressing since there was hardly any covering the lettuce. The pieces of tomato on it as less than8 little chopped pieces. The iceberg lettuce was very crisp and chilled. Once you ask for all the toppings since they not many provided it was a good salad. Blue cheese dressing very tasty.
Service was fast, staff was polite and the food was good. My wife asked for green beans as a side and got fries instead. Just wish wait staff would write orders down, then you know who messed up staff or cooks.
Waiter rocked ... best part of the meal! He really went the extra mile to make our experience great.
BJ's combines a nice beverage menu with a huge food menu. You can eat whatever you are in the mood for and can't go wrong.
The service was excellent. Food choices were numerous. Overall, it was a great experience.
Husband got extremely sick off the not so blackened, “blackened salmon” with in 2 hours of eating it. It had a stronger fishy smell than usual so that should have been a key sign not to eat it but it had so many flavors on it that he couldn’t taste the spoiled fish until it came up!
The attitudes of the staff and manager raised the rating to its max. Wonderful, helpful and quite knowledgeable. Best experience in years.
It is good
I’ve been to many BJ’s restaurants before but this location was not good. The service is great but the quality of the food was subpar. The avocado egg rolls barely had any avocado in them and they majorly skimped on the pizza toppings. I usually love BJ’s but this location was a disappointment :/
We did not have attentive service. There was an issue with our salad which was dismissed by another server. Overall poor dining experience.
Great bar with a wide selection of beer. Expansive menu with typical bar food but also plenty of other more interesting options. The wait staff was friendly and attentive.
Food was very good and great choices for even vegans.
Beer selection was phenomenal for my craft beer lover.
Staff was very nice and accommodated us earlier than our reservations. Definitely plan on returning.
Food is like frozen food thrown in the microwave. Kind people who work there! Just not good food.
Food was good but my dish (shrimp scampi) was cool like it had been sitting awhile.
Dear Veronica, Thank you so very much for visiting with us. We are happy to hear you like the scampi and apologize for it not being as hot as it should have.
My reservation was NOT there when I arrived.
They wait was not long, but the hostess said I was not on the list
The food was excellent and the service from our server was very prompted.
We are so glad you enjoyed every aspect of your experience. Look forward to taking care of you soon!
I'm glad that they do the free meal for veterans on veterans day. What I was disappointed in is the quality of the food. I had the Nashville Chicken sandwich and it was disappointing. The chicken breast was as thin as some of the pickles on the sandwich. I've had it before and the chicken breast was about 2-3 inches thick. Last night's chicken breast wasn't even 1/2" thick.
I'm grateful that they do the free meal for veterans day, don't get me wrong, but last night was disappointing.
I do like the restaurant and the service, its outstanding.
Had a very good experience. The gluten free menu was very good.
Everything was great
Party of 5, made reservations for 8:30 and they were nice to seat us at 8:00. 4 out of the 5 ordered steaks and 3 out of the 4 came out wrong. Two steaks were sent back to cook more. They were still medium well when they came back even though we asked for well done. By that time everyone had finished their meals and we did not want to wait. I mentioned it to the server and he said the meat was slow cooked for hours so to ask for it well done was not normal. I called the manager later that evening to tell him about our experience and he said he wished I had told him in person. I explained to him we had a guest with us and I wanted to give him the opportunity to make it right before I posted a bad review. He told me to ask for him the next time we came and he would make sure everything was cooked 100% at that visit. We love BJ’s but this was a bad experience and a lot of excuses were made with no resolution of the problems.
Great atmosphere and great food, service and value.
Great food. Tables were well spaced apart. Curtis was fantastic as our waiter. We will be back.
Everything was great 👍 I would definitely be going back i had a great time 😌
First night in Cary and I used Open Table to book my dinner reservations. BJ’s was very similar to an Applebee’s which we do not consider a fine dining.. Yet, I requested that my salad be totally chopped into bite size pieces and the order came just as I had ordered it which made me fill terrific to see that the chef takes the orders seriously.
Opentable doesn’t actual reserve you a table. It puts your name on a list and brings it to the top depending on the amount of reservations at the time you arrive. You could still have to wait a while to be seated. The host was very rude, didn’t care that we had a reservation, didn’t ask for a name, didn’t care how many were in our party. He yelled at us and two other families that the wait time was ridiculous when the room was pretty empty. He told the couple that came in first 10-15 us 25-30 and the couple after us 45-50 min. Needless to say we didn’t wait that long. Waitress was bad! Struggled with our orders and didn’t have the best attitude. I used to love this restaurant but probably won’t return after this visit.
It seems like they have done everything that they can to make diners feel comfortable in these trying times. Separate tables, everyone with masks and no menus to handle . And the food was very good.
Great service! Even with COVID-19 restrictions, we received superior service.
Good food and excellent waitress!
The food was great ad service to match. Must always have a pizookie
My husband and I had the orange pogrkchop and it was simply to die for!!!!
First time here and did not disappoint! Started at bar and had a great mixed drink. Easy transaction, off to table to join friend. Helpful wait staff. Awesome grilled salmon and vegetables! Great chips and salsa and great drink, round two. Like the seating and general feel in the place... and the socioeconomic of patrons. Will visit again, soon!
Made a reservation- so we were sat quickly. But it took a while for waitress to come over. Then we ordered beers and that took a while. Waitress was not friendly at all, and seemed to have attitude. Food was ok- but not great. Beer was good though! Probably won’t return
This was only the 2nd time we have been but both times the food and the service was excellent and they have a nice selection of beers. They do get busy so I recommend making a reservation. We would go a lot more often if they were closer to our house.
First time at BJs. I ordered the steak and ribs. The steak was very good and tender but the ribs were dried out and not very tasty. Wife ordered the Parmesan crusted chicken. This too was over cooked and just fair. Also, her mashed potatoes were dry and not eaten. The service was fine and we were there with friends. Unfortunately, a disappointment. Not likely to return.
Our first time there. Really enjoyed the food and our server was great.
great selection and foid and service
My wife and I love to come to BJ's. The food is always wonderful and as a beer drinker, well, there is plenty to choose from. The wait staff is always very friendly and attentive.
